I visited today for my first infusion. Mrs. Kim was amazing. She helped me from start to finish with scheduling. From the minute I arrived everyone was so kind and helpful. The best part is I feel like a new person after my infusion. I am a patient for life!!! Thank you to Mrs. Kim & Team!!!

Great Drs office very nice nurse's and Dr's! I saw Dr Greg and he was awesome he really listens to what you say! Unlike many other Drs! He was very nice friendly and easy to talk to! His assistant shoot I forget her name but she was very nice and friendly easy to talk to also. This was my first visit and they are definitely keeper's!

Do not waste your time. If I could give negative stars I would. The staff are horrible. My medication was constantly called in incorrectly. Also when I would call to speak to someone I always got the run around or different information. They discharged me from the practice because I held them accountable. To anyone who does go there record every conversation you have with them because they will make up lies if they don’t like you. At 35 I never thought I would be still be dealing with high school mean girl energy. So sad.

When I first heard about this clinic I was amazed. So l made an appointment and went, everyone was so nice and the place was very clean. I went to their Free Clinic and everything went great. About 6 months after that visit they changed the Free Clinic to a church in Carrollton. I had made an appointment and went, I didn't know anyone. All the staff was new. I didn't like it, but might as well deal with it. To made a long story short I had a appointment Monday, I get off early enough to make it. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot to the moment we left, I was being rushed. They did my vitals and put me in a room, the nurses asked a few more questions. One nurse was laying out the instrument for your ears and they left the room. Finally the Dr. comes in. And asked me some questions then he picks up the instrument for your ears, the batteries were dying. One second it was on the next it was off. Instead of changing the batteries or getting a different one that worked he tried to get it to stay on but when he would get to my ear the thing went off again. He got tired of it and pretended it worked. He told me well your ear looks OK nothing major going on. Tell me how he saw the inside of my ear without a light Then he sits down in a chair and starts rambling on about why doctors don't give out antibiotics anymore. Then he turns around and tells me b4 I leave and says if you're still like this Tuesday call back and I'll call you in an antibiotic for it. The Free Clinic went from great to awful. I'm just gonna have to find some where else to go.

Kind and respectful staff. Always prompt with appointments and extremely helpful. Very quick to respond to messages and requests for refills. I highly recommend!!!!

Update:
After the response from the company on my review, I wanted to give them another shot, but I wanted it to be organic (because if they have a problem answering phone and calling people back, I want to know that). Well, I called again, and after being transferred to 3 different people in order to get a new patient appointment, I had to leave another message. Guess what? They never called me back. So, two separate times of calling, two voice messages and two no return calls. I seriously don't understand how they are still in business.
