The doctor and staff at this doctor's office is wonderful. I think other offices need to take an example from them, I don't understand any of these negative comments on this office. I've had nothing but good good service with them. I have a mother-in-law that's 94 with parkinson's and dementia and barely walks. They have always went well beyond their way to help us with. Thank you once again for your kindness.

They get 2 stars bc the dr was friendly and informative but that where my compliments end. The office charged me 50 dollars for the set of 2 forms to be filled out for my work and the other was for ct medical. They didn't fill out the ct medical forms so I had to appeal with ct medical. Then they argued with me when i told them I was not happy they didn't send the forms especially since I paid them to. They tried to claim they didn't receive the forms but I have the email in my sent so they got it. Had to send again today. Now I have the same email in my sent twice yet they refuse to acknowledge they already received it a month ago. They are the most ignorant, unprofessional receptionists I ever met in a drs office.

Dr. Lazaroff is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and understanding. I always feel like I’m in good hands and getting the best options and treatments. The office staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly as well!

Dr. Segalman was great! He gave me options to treat my foot problem. He was optimistic that my foot would get better and gave me the option to try a home remedy that would treat my problem. I recommend him highly!

These doctor's are the worse and most heartless people i have ever met. My mother in law had an appointment the day of the appointment her daughter who has cancer ended in the ER we call the doctor as soon they open to notify about the emergency and reschedule the appointment. At these point the secretary say she will call back for the new appointment. After few week we call back and they say cause u didn't show up the doctor will never give u an appointment again. What kind of heartless MTF do something like these. But hey is ok hope u never have to reschedule an appointment cause your child is between live and dead and then they tell u they don't care and they will never give an appointment again.

This was my first time here and I had a great experience! The nurse, Lisa and Dr. Lazaroff took great care of me. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing in detail, which I appreciate. I highly recommend going here

I saw Dr. Lazaroff in 2019 he had excellent bedside manner and his surgical skills were great. I would recommend him as a physician but I would not recommend his clinic. It is now 2021 and I am being billed after being told my account was paid in full. The office lady was forthright in telling me that they were fighting with a 3rd party billing group and unfortunately the patients are paying for it. Consider yourself warned that you’ll be paying hundreds of dollars for years to come if you visit.

The Newtown office staff is cheerful and efficient - always a bright smile. Dr. Segalman is a wealth of information and always eager to share. When I leave the office, I know I've had the best care possible and I know how to better care for my feet.
