I have been a patron of Smile Haven for a few years, and I must say that the ambiance is inviting and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to undergo a tooth extraction, but Dr. Vu and his assistant displayed extreme kindness and gentleness throughout the procedure. They ensured that I remained calm and relaxed, explaining each step beforehand and checking on my well-being multiple times. My family and I have been coming here for years, and we highly recommend Smile Haven. It is a 5-star establishment, and we are confident that you will have a similar experience.

Do not recommend this place at all if you have any kind of family.
I had 4 appointments scheduled with Smile Haven and missed 1 due to a family emergency the day before and explained the situation to the “manager” i called them again the next day to reschedule and they had rudely told me they dismissed me as a patient due to me missing the appointment. Then waited over a week and had to call back multiple times just to get my dental records emailed to me.
Don’t waste your time here, there’s a couple much better dentists in Terryville.

I Highly recommend this Dental practice and all who work here!
I called this office on Monday morning after experiencing very painful jaw/tooth pain over the course of the previous weekend, they were able to see me within 2 hours of my call.
I felt like I was really listened to when explaining my symptoms and after diagnosing and treating my issue I left the office happy and no longer in any pain. Thank you!?

I definitely recommend this Dental office.
My entire family goes to this office.
The Hygienist does a wonderful job and
Dr.Maldonado is so kind snd patient.
He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.
While having my most recent cleaning I mentioned that I had a sharp area on a back tooth, he carved out time from his schedule to come in and shave down and polish that tooth for me and now it’s perfect!! Thanks Dr.Maldonado!!

Receptionist is so rude. I’ve been getting over being sick and I completely forgot I had an appointment this morning. I called BEFORE the appointment asking to reschedule as I wouldn’t have made it on time. The first time I call it sounds like someone literally picks up the phone and then hangs it right up after I said “hello?” I called again and she was so rude and just said “We don’t reschedule.” without any context. I don’t know what kind of medical office doesn’t reschedule patients as I’ve literally never heard that before. I had a family member go to this office and say good things and considering I have anxiety around the dentist, I thought I’d try them out. I guess not. Anybody know any decent dentists around this area? Lol

I've always had a great experience here and I think they do a good job of any procedures that have to perform. Dr. Z and Dr. Maldonado are great, however, there is a new provider I have not seen there before and I unfortunately forgot his name. I think he does great work and for the most part he is nice. I will say though his bedside manor could be a little better. When I was there I felt like a number, or a check mark for his check list for the day. He is very quick and to the point and is not very personable. Other than that I always get good care here.

Where is everyone? All new staffing. I was given way too much novacaine and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I was told I was overdue for a cleaning but, their booked six months out. I was also told I needed a route canal eventually. I just switched dentist because no notice of the dentist being there and new staffing. My new dentist told me that the tooth didn't need a root canal. Also, my son had a cleaning and not one dentist showed up to double check his teeth. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend Smile Haven 🙂 I have been looking for a new office for quite sometime and I usually have major anxiety when I’m having my teeth cleaned. I had Debbie clean my teeth she was very professional and gentle. 5 stars!
