Dr. Orr is the best! Her work is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend! The office staff are friendly and professional, prices are very reasonable and it is a caring and welcoming place. I can’t say enough about Smile Center and am grateful to smile again!

Don’t come here. Dr. Orr comes across as caring and kind but does what she thinks is best despite the patients wishes. I had come in initially for an exam but had also communicated that I wanted two chips in my teeth to be fixed but I did not want them filed. I expressed this to my tech (who then communicated this to Dr. Orr) however they were filed anyways without my consent. Her words exactly “oh I have something that will fix this quickly and without pain” then took a file to my teeth. Not to mention she made them look crooked and much worse! Deeply hurt and disappointed. This dentist pushed veneers the first time I went for a cleaning, and after the filing she then tried to push braces (neither of which have ever been recommended by any dentist I have seen.) This office also has a tendency of canceling and then rescheduling appointments. They also get furious if you forget when it is after they reschedule 6x. STAY AWAY!

I don't understand where any of the poor reviews come from. Dr. Orr is one of the best, is passionate, and cares about her patients. I've seen her give services for free out of compassion and the goodness of her heart. I can't say enough about her and highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Orr will bill your insurance for a procedure that was never done! If you see gingivectomy on your claim/bill - ask yourself if you experienced a surgical procedure and if not, go to the Insurance board and report this. This is called Unethical Dental Billing practice. Pay for services rendered but do NOT pay for fraudulent charges that Dr. Orr's office knows your insurance will deny and it will be your responsibility. This is illegal and wrong.

First time ever for me writing a review but my experience at this place got me so upset that I feel I should let others know. ...I got rushed into the room to get my teeth cleaned, since that was the only reason I was therefore. Than I waited for about 10 min. The lady start cleaning my teeth while talking non stop. I finally had a change to ask for a cup of water to rinse out my mouth but this was to time consuming. Once done she left and came back with the x ray west. And that after I told her twice already that I want no x rays taken. But they are free , ( well not for the Incurnce company. ) ......I did not want x rays. They should be on file anyway. Ready to leave once again I was told I need to see the dentist ,again I told her that I only made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and I was told on the phone that there was no problem. She left and got the dentist anyway. Never even met the lady , telling me that it is office procedure to get a check after cleaning..(at this point I sure wished I was one of the people who just walk out.) But I sat back down. Getting my teeth checked while she talked over me all that time. Even after she stayed and talked non stop. I never got a word in. Just watched her mouth move since she took off her mask. ...I cried after I left. In my long life I never had such an awful dental visit. I was rushed, ignored, and lied to. ..after all, we are human and not numbers with $ signs next to it.

DR ORR IS THE BEST DENTIST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD She’s caring and compassionate, and I love her very much. I consider HER to be my very best friend. She helped me out when No other dentist would I truly CHERISH DR. ORR SHE WILL ALWAYS AND FOREVER HOLD a SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART, AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYBODY ELSE, BUT HER DOCTOR ORR HAS AN AMAZING GIFT AND SHE IS Truly, the nicest and most amazing person I have ever met in my life. I love you, Doctor oRR AND I TRULY THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU’VE DONE FOR ME YOU ARE HANDS-DOWN, MY FAVORITE DENTIST OF ALL TIME. I LOVE EVERYBODY AT THE SMILE CENTER BUT ESPECIALLY YOU.

She hugs patients and promises help. Then makes you pay for a scan . 179.00 she needed to make a dental plan. She prefers vulnerable people trying to get their lives back. If you don’t have100grand,the office will lie about insurance taking a lot more time. The 179.00 scan was never submitted because that X-ray was not covered. The doctor would not hand my scan over to me. Two years an X-rays wasted my life. Don’t let her scam you too!. If you are a victim call the Department of consumer protection.CT This was a fraud. She had no intention of seeing me as a patient.Today she told me about a year ago I paid for an X-ray. It was very tight for me. I asked her what she wanted with the X-ray? Doctor Orr was like a deer in the headlights. She raised her voice at me.
