I love this office, the staff is so incredibly friendly and very helpful. I wasn't too excited to be going to any doctors, I mean who is, after previous experiences with unprofessional staff at a different unaffiliated office, but the staff here are just AMAZING, I had to switch APRNs because mine ended up leaving the practice, but Holly has been so absolutely wonderful. She listens to every concern I have and slowly works through it all with me addressing each and every aspect. Really awesome environment and people.

Just try to making an appointment with my supposed primary care doctor, and they told me he was booked into next year already, it's july! Give me a freaking break.... Immediately switch to Hartford healthcare in a much more satisfied with a much more professional medical provider. Zero stars!

I wish I could vote 0 stars. This branch is asking for a law suit, and violating health rights of individuals. This place has messed up my boyfriends information, lost his medical files, sent him to cvs for shots and they didn't even have the shots available, and have even sent him home with someone else's medical files. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized place ever, I would never trust this place with my health nor my boyfriends. He will thankfully be switching. I would greatly appreciate if a representative or owner of this place contacts me or my boyfriend via email because I am infuriated with the way these sloppy people treat their patients.

Literally would give a zero star review if it would let me.
Do not go here! Was recommended to come here by my pediatrician and have had nothing but issues with this office during the last two months. I have spoken to numerous people from the office, every single person that works there is rude, unprofessional and does not want to help you. All they care about is money. Do not want to go into too much detail but very unethical practice

The worse drs office I have ever been too the front desk personnel are so rude they always sound and look tired like they don’t want to do their job . Then after meeting the dr she is so rude no personality at all I was so uncomfortable their. Then when you leave a message that you can’t attend an appointment they say they never got it and send you no show letters. Horrible

Great place. staff are very helpful and courteous. Same for the nurses. The doctors are the best I've had. Transparent and very knowledgeable. I trust them with my life..... literally.
