Dr Zomback is everything I like in a doctor. I'm a new patient. He took his time, greeted me and treated me like a person not like many doctors do these days. Most important, he listens. I would recommend h to anyone with foot or ankle problems. His staff in the Cheshire office is excellent as well. There was a billing error after my first visit and she was diligent in correcting the matter. She's got great customer service skills and is also a good listener. I wish more of my medical experiences were like the ones I've had at Complete Foot Care.

Dr. Zombach is THE MAN TO SEE for foot orthotics. I have worn foot orthotics since I was a teenager owing to extreme overpronation progressing to PTTD. If you understand those terms you know that I need them simply to walk without pain. It has been become harder and harder to find a podiatrist who still practices the art of custom measuring and fitting these devices with genuine expertise. Many Podiatrists simply do not understand what they are doing or want to push risky surgery. Dr. Zombach has that expertise. If you are in need of orthotics for serious foot issues there is nobody else I would recommend.

Everyone in the office was very friendly including Dr. Zomback. He was very thorough and made the procedure painless. I had the same procedure done with a different Dr. and it was so painful I was in tears leaving his office. I'm so happy I found Dr. Zomback.

I broke my toe on Thursday and went to the ER. They did an x-ray and said I needed surgery and had to see a podiatrist right away. I called over 25 places and DR Zomback was the only DR that would see me that fast.
He and his staff were very empathetic and attentive. To top it off Dr Zomback was able to fix my toe that day without surgery.
I am an extremely happy patient.

Had my first appointment this past Friday. Dr. Zomback was very thorough and asked me several questions concerning my planter fasciitis. He made me an insert right in the office to wear in my sneakers and boat shoes. Instant relief. I had been to a foot doctor in Wallingford a year and a half ago, and he was no where near as thorough as Dr. Z. Office staff was great also. Highly recommend !!

On three different occasions the wait is over 45min. I like to show up 15 min early, so waiting a full hour for trying to be punctual feels like they don't value my time.

This is the place where you show up 30 min late, and you are right on time!!!

Might be weird for me to be upset about being lied to about scheduling. But, I guess being on time is a one way street at this office.

When planning your day with this place in mind, Plan on staying at least 45 min longer than you expected to. It might mess up your next appointment, and throw YOUR schedule off.

My best guesses we were actually scheduled for 10:30, and has his patients come at 9:45, so he does not have to wait at all. ?

I have been to three other podiatrists who were unable to help my foot problem. Dr. Zomback came highly recommended from a friend, I held out little hope as the other drs. said there was nothing they could do!! Dr. Zomback spend spent so much time figuring out what and where my problem was! I was amazed with his diagnosis skills, he spent the time needed to figure out the problem, he has given me hope to walk comfortably again. He’s a great guy on top of his amazing skills, I wish all my other Drs. We’re like him!! If Dr. Zomback can’t help you, trust me, no one can!!!

He is absolutely the BEST PODIATRIST EVER!!! He was a professional soothing and calming doctor. Dr.Zomback conducted the procedure efficiently and as painless as possible near to Zero pain. Everyone was polite and made me feel comfortable. I had this done at another place and the pain was unbearable, but with Dr. Zomback I felt almost no pain.I will recommend him to anyone who's afraid of needle's as I am. He's truly amazing !!
