Didn’t even read the rewiews before making an appointment here. Mary Geiser in my opinion was very insensitive. I asked her for a doctor’s note for work due to it being physical and me having an open wound that isn’t stitched shut& the location of where it is very uncomfortable and painful. She says “from my point of view you can go to work”…

She nowhere made me feel comfortable I just don’t understand how you can speak for me or my pain. It’s very insensitive.

Very nasty. The doctors are no good. They miss diagnosed my friend. She’s in serious condition right now because of this doctors that kept telling her all write it out. Write it out. It’s just a bug a stomach bug. Don’t go there at 22 Pine St. and then you got the secretary that is very nasty. She don’t even need to be there. We have a lawyer going to investigate this doctor.

When I started going to this clinic Dr. Mohammadu was my doctor, very nice, caring friendly Doctor, after he left the practice I decided to stay because it's 3 mins away from home and started seeing Dr. ESU. She has a very unfriendly attitude. After my second visit I needed a form filled out for my job, she gave me such a hard time refusing to fill it out when she clearly has my records from Dr Mohammadu. She showed no sense of concern to me as a patient and had a tone with me right in the presence of the front office personnel. Very unprofessional. Let's just stay I would rather driver 30 mins to Dr. Mahammadu's new practice than to have another visit with Dr. ESU

I’m leaving this review on behalf of a family member who had a terrible experience here. She was schedule with Dr Muhammad, who assured her he was going to take care of her, when it came time for her next appt they canceled it because he left the practice. She finally called and said “I need any doctor you have” they proceeded to make another appt and take all of her insurance information. After doing that, she shows up to the early morning appt to be told that they don’t accept her insurance in the office at all. (The same office that previously accepted it to see the Dr that left the practice)

This place is just the worst ever. I've been trying to solve an issue with one prescription over a month. Pharmacy states they haven't received any, but on the Dr.'s systems appears that they had sent the prescription. Going back and forth from the pharmacy to the office and the same answer. The pharmacy had call the office, left a message for the nurse and until this day the nurse hasn't call them back. I asked to have the physician called me. Two days later still waiting. I went again to the Dr. Office and requested to speak with the supervisor and there is no supervisor today.!!!! WHAT?Guys please do yourself a favor and find another facility because people working there are not professionals at all and beyond that they are very careless with their patients. ?

Do not go there!!! My husband has been waiting well over a week for the results of a blood test. It is now two weeks since he had his blood drawn on 7/3/20 and still no call from the urologist! He began calling the doctor's office every day beginning on 7/10/20 and each time someone different would answer the phone. They would always tell him that they will give the doctor the message and to expect a call the next day. It is now 7/17/20 and he still has not heard from the doctor or gotten his results. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Everyone there is incompetent!!!

My doctor is fantastic, the techs are all so nice and informative. I always get results back quickly and my doctor explains things to me in a very real and easy to understand way. The women who answer the phones/ sit at the front desk are rude and uninformed about what services are offered at the facility, though. They're always having conversations and eating when I'm there. I have never been greeted or acknowledged within the first couple of minutes of me standing there. Seriously, how hard is it to just look up and acknowledge someone? shame on them.

The doctor-PA-techs are great. The front desk is too lax if u call they seem put out by questions. I called 8 times last week trying to return a call I received from doctors staff and they kept putting me over to a phone that rang and no one picked up no answering machine and the operator never picked up to check to see why the call kept ringing. I had to make an appointment just to find out what the doctor wanted to talk to about. Now I am waiting for blood results altho I was told that if things looked bad I would get a call Friday-no call but from the way I see how they process front desk I do not feel confident at all they would call me. I will give it to Tue and start calling to see if anyone can get me the results. A doctors front desk is the face everyone sees first and that is not a good first impression. I have talked with several people lately and they have had the same experience. They love the doctors and inside staff but feel desk staff as lax and unprofessional. This will certainly hurt business at some point as I researched around and found other groups offer direct complaint lines and take care of the problems-quickly. The coordinator is the fist stop to finding out why this is going on. Thank You Carol Visconti
