I was a new patient and they were able to schedule me within a reasonable amount of time. Their office staff was very good, and I only waited about 5-10 minutes in the waiting room on my first visit. On my follow-up visit I had no wait at all.
Dr. Winters was very good. She is direct yet friendly, and answered all my questions. Her treatment was spot on, and based on my improvement, she discharged me from any further treatment after my follow-up. I really appreciated her not treating me any more than necessary. Would highly recommend the practice, and Dr Winters in particular.
