Dr Holguin was fantastic. Very informative and knowledgeable. Told me everything I needed to know about my surgery. Before, during and after. Absolutely a great Doctor. And the Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone was super nice and friendly!

I'm originally from CT, but currently reside in Florida. Went on vacation, and had to assist someone for a surgical procedure and I have to say that compared to many surgery centers that I have experienced, this one was top notch. Just walking in I felt the calm atmosphere and my surroundings were quiet. Felt like I was in the hospital, but with very few people in the waiting room or lobby. Shortly after checking in, instead of filling out paperwork in front of everyone, we were called into a separate room to do the registration process which was fairly quick. Went back to the main lobby and within 15 minutes or less we were called back in a room where the nurse asked questions and instructions of what to do. I loved the fact that the room came equipped with a locker to put your clothes in and personal belongings. I also loved the fact that they allowed me to go to the back accompanying the patient from beginning to the moment the patient was wheeled into the surgery room. Usually you cannot go back until the patient is already set up with the IV and everything is done. This was a very great addition for my rating. They also had a board on the wall which shows the status of the patients whereabouts. You are given an ID number and you look up at the screen and it shows you if the patient is in the procedure/surgery room, if they are in recovery... The nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr and staff are very friendly and professional with excellent bedside manners. They have restrooms in the lobby and once you're in the back the restrooms are close by to the rooms. There is also a vending machine in the lobby as well. Parking lot has ample parking with handicap parking as well. In my opinion, I would strongly recommend this surgery center to everyone, it was a positive experience for me. A+++ rating

After getting a referral from Dr Patel in Naugatuck, i was contacted by Pam and Reneè the day before stating that I would have to leave my children unattended to complete an colonoscopy. The referral stated I would receive a call 2 days prior to the appointment and I received a call the day before roughly 11am telling me not to eat and that I needed childcare. This facility is not working family friendly and not reality based. I will never have any services completed here. A complete waste of time and money. They expect to have you there for hours after a procedure. If the appointment is at 11:45 am why would i be leaving an office so late in the evening? Expect to be there all day if you follow through with an appointment.

i unfortunately can’t remember the name of the nurse/assistant who blessed me with his presence but, i came here for my first major surgery yesterday and i have horrific anxiety so you could only imagine my nerves… i was running on 1 hour of sleep. this particular employee sat down with me and spoke with me about art, music, film, books, life, for over an hour just to chat and it really really helped ground me… i was having trouble doing certain things because my anxiety can make my body lock up, and he was so patient and kind with me in a way i’ve never experienced from a medical professional before. he let me know i was okay and that i was safe and to not feel any pressure or stress and that no one was upset with me and that i had time. his kindness and respect and aura put my mind and body at ease, and he didn’t even have to do that. he went above and beyond and i just had to share my wonderful experience with him. i really wish i had gotten his name, it must have gotten lost in the shuffle of my anxiety but i really hope he sees this because i will never forget how much he helped me and i am eternally grateful :’) thank you so much to him AND the rest of the staff who were so incredibly kind and professional as well!!! if you’re an anxious wreck like me i hope you feel reassured by my wonderful experience here!!

After having my surgical procedure this week I would highly recommend this facility for any outpatient procedure. I found the staff to be very experienced, hospitable and compassionate!!

I gave a close friend a ride for a procedure. I had to bring my 80 year old mother with me, and we were waiting in the waiting room, as the front desk woman asked if we were together. I had responded yes. She rudely told us only one could wait. It was a 35 degree day and I do not have gas to wait while running my car to stay warm. It was a completely empty waiting room except for one gentleman waiting. My friend works for Trinity and was surprised we were told we both could not wait. It was a quick procedure and would not have been convenient to leave and come back. My mom felt uncomfortable, and made her way out to the cold car to wait as well. Compassion and kindness was not received.

Came in for my annual check in and was told to mask up. Signs in the office say it’s optional. When I questioned it I was told it changed. I was pre screened at check in, so why be pre screened just to be told I have to wear a mask anyway? I would have liked to be told in my text reminder before the appointment so I would have time to reschedule for an out of season date.

My wife went in for surgery this morning on her wrist. Georgie, Jose and all of the nurses were great. Friendly informative and extremely nice!
