I went to the doctor about 4 or 5 months ago he left me waiting in the room for over half hour my feet were freezing cold I had my coat over them, he came in I started to tell him my history about my feet and my health he cut me off right in the middle of i!. He then proceeded to hit my very cold feet with an instrument and told me I had the start of neuropathy that which another doctor Confirmed was completely wrong! I proceeded to tell him I needed a new pair of orthotics as the ones I had were 40 years old and he seemed quite annoyed. He made comments about I was on State insurance and they weren't good about paying for them I told him I called them and if I had a doctor that said they were necessary they would proceeded with them. Two and a half months passed I finally called husky they told me he never called them or contacted them and I would never go to the doctor again very very unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!!?

I have been seeing Doctor Fettinger years. He's a compassionate and intelligent doctor. His office staff is fantastic as well. Recommend Dr. Fettinger without reservation.

Dr Fettinger & his staff are exceptional. They are professional, compassionate and detail oriented. I was seen as a new patient after an injury. From my first interaction when making my appointment, checking in, being seen, to checking out was so pleasant. Karrie was attentive and able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule and it was a Monday. She immediately calmed my nerves and reassured me I’d be in good hands. She directed me to their website so I could do my paperwork ahead of time and I was able to email my insurance card. That made it easy and convenient for me. Although, I did have the option to do it all in person if I didn’t have that accessibility. When arriving at the office I was immediately greeted by Karrie with a big smile. I was then brought right in by Donna who was also so helpful & kind. She immediately did the necessary X-ray and brought me into the exam room. Dr Fettinger then came in. I can’t say enough about how attentive and professional he was. He addressed concerns and listened with positive regard. He reviewed the X-ray with me to help me understand what I was experiencing. He clearly explained everything and reassured me. He made it such a comfortable environment. I left there knowing I can trust my care is in good hands with him & this team of professionals. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment with them.

Dr. Fettinger and his staff are WONDERFUL!! They were able to squeeze my dgtr in for an emergency appointment and I was in & out quickly! Karrie & Donna were amazing! Thank you for making her experience so comfortable.

Karrie is so wonderful helping to schedule appointments and explaining what the insurance will pay. She is very good at her job and friendly. Dr. Fettinger takes his time and explains different options of treatment. He always ask about how I am doing and my family. He is very caring. I would recommend this office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fettinger for a couple of years now and I must say he is the best podiatrist ever! Very attentive to my concerns, and genuinely cares his patients. Not to mention his front desk staff Karrie is the most polite and professional person. She always answers my numerous questions and calls with such a professional demeanor. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking great foot care .

An incredibly attentive, thorough and compassionate doctor. My son went in with tremendous foot pain. Within weeks of following Dr. Fettinger's advice, the improvement was dramatic. My son is currently pain free. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. High recommend!
