My OBGYN is in this office and I get nothing but kind and courteous service from every employee at this location. The front desk is always polite and I have never waited long to be taken in. Dr Williams has been my OB since she delivered both of my children at Rockville Hospital 17 years ago. She is straight to the point, honest and we always have a laugh. I have never had an issue here, I'm shocked at the review score!

Ashley, at the front desk, such a peach, polite and helpful!! [5 Stars]

The Practice Manager, Mary Hernandez, took the time to address my concerns to the best of her ability. She even gave me a hug over my fear and anxiety regarding the mishandling of my medical records. That was incredibly helpful! [5 Stars]

My PA, Kathryn Nettleton, is a very knowledgeable physician (I use a saying she told me quite often)! I look forward to my next appointment with her. [5 Stars]

All the other nurses that I've encountered, thus far, have been pleasant and helpful.

Negative 1 Star because of the Records Department (I guess they are located in Farmington but serve all of UConn) and whomever "dropped the ball" regarding the transferring of my records (It was NOT United Services). The woman who works in the Records Department is rude and dismissive. She literally told me, over the phone, that there were no requests ever submitted for the transferring of records, in addition to there being "no records" (I have the paperwork illustrating that both of these statements are false). It should have been on a recorded line. A director should listen to it. I've been trying to get my records from UCONN Health transferred to United Services for 6 months now. I don't understand why those who work in the Records Department believe they can speak to CUSTOMERS the way that they do. Perhaps retraining, in addition to training on basic empathy for customer care is in order?
This has truly been a frightening experience.

Went to get my blood drawn, and they called an hour later saying I needed to come back because they did it wrong. Went back to do it again and they tested for the wrong thing. Going somewhere else for my third try, and now I won't be able to get my medication on time.

Dr. Robert Brice was very concerned and helpful. However there was noisy in the hallway by the staffers chatting.

Do yourself a favor and avoid uconn health. The communication amongst themselves is almost non-existent. The doctor could be in the next room and you won’t be able to get a message to them until your appointment. The staff at primary care were unknowledgeable about medical release forms and their appointment cancellation system. Both Urgent care and primary care will discriminate against patients if they are young adults regarding any medication that has potential for abuse so they won’t prescribe it. It’s a shame what the medical field has come to. No quality assurance or checks and balances. They get their money no matter the level of care they provide.

I booked a dermatology appointment 4 months in advance which was excessive in itself. I called the office and said I was running 10 minutes late and they said it was fine, just walk right in to check in. Upon checking in the woman just plainly told me my appointment was over and that I needed to leave and reschedule. Got a call back and they told me I could reschedule in October - it was June. Yeah, no thanks.

I went in to have some tests done last July. I had my blood drawn and, since some serious issues were on the table for me, I waited keenly for the results. Three weeks later there was still no answer. I called. The person I talked to said that my doctor had left on vacation and they didn't know when she would be back. I called again a week later and no answer. They simply never got back to me.

I moved, and I got a new doctor. The new doctor ran some tests, got back to me in less than a week, and then asked if I would sign a release so he could see my old results (I had told him UConn Health never got back to me) so he could examine how things had progressed. I signed, and it took my new doctors office over a month to get the results from this office.

All I can say is that UConn Health in Storrs is not professional. They do not care about their patients -- at the very least, they did not demonstrate caring to me. What is the point of seeking medical help if the doctor can't even be bothered to follow up with results from tests you paid for? They put my health and wellbeing at risk. I am lucky that I found another, excellent, healthcare provider.

I strongly recommend that anyone who is considering using the Women's Center find somewhere else. At the very least, don't work with Dr. Lenora Williams. The way her her team treated me was inexcusible.

Dropped my handicap father off at his dr visit. We were told we had to leave the waiting room because there was no seats for the patients. This was not the case. I guess it wasn’t safe for my five-year-old to be in the waiting room because he’s under 18. Completely ridiculous. He was wearing his mask and not being loud or disrespectful in anyway.
