Dr. Pervis is great--professional, compassionate and is knowledgeable.
The scheduling system is a little crazy took a couple of calls to get it right but at least someone gets back to you pretty promptly if there is an error.
Integrated Pain for my MM card is also a great value! They don’t take you over the coals, which shows they’re interested in helping people get resources not price gauge! Thank you!

Great visit with Dr. Pervis.. He is so professional and he takes time to listen to me about my disability. I been dealing with this chronic pain since I was a child and under his management, life as been a lot better.. He keeps me out of the hospital ‘ER’ since I been his patient.. I was going almost everyday because of the pain I go through.. My neurologist , psychiatrist, P.C.P and Dr. Pervis are all on the same page and work great together as a team.. I thank Dr.Pervis and his staff for being so professional and understanding and helping me with my disability.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

Doctor purvis is the best doctor I ever had when I was at my lowest he was the only one out there to help me. I had a lot of doctors, so that says a lot. A family member of mine desperately needed help also, he wasn't taking any more patience, but he took her on as another patient .He really cares about his patients he listen to you as a person not another number! I'm adding on to my comment.
Doctor Purvis goes above and beyand. My primary care Doctor never called me about any my blood work, but Doctor Purvis did.Also his job plus my primary care's Doctors job.You can't get another doctor better than doctor Purvis.

I have been with Dr. Pervis for little over a year now. He continues to help me with managing my pain in an aspect that other doctors won’t and without his help I don’t know how I would survive my pain. He keeps up on all my medical records and he always remembers my medical conditions and what treatments I have had or am going to have. He is extremely knowledgeable about pain and pain medications and always has my best interest in mind. He is empathetic, compassionate, and encouraging. My frequent visits with him keep me motivated to keep seeking out any all treatment options and to still have hope. He treats me like a human rather than a condition. Most physicians treat me as a weak person for not being able to tolerate my pain, Dr. Pervis does not! I am unbelievably grateful for his expertise and willingness to care for people like me.
