I have been using Southside for years and have received amazing care from their entire staff! I recently switched my father in law to their practice after he had a few major medical issues. (He lives with me) so before someone twists this and says they couldn’t get a family member in we have been in the same house for years. He needed to make a switch to a local doctor’s office and I felt confident that he would receive the care he needs and deserves with this practice. I myself have an HMO plan that requires me to see my pcp prior to a specialist and I need a referral. I have not had a single issue getting an appointment, a referral, a refill, etc. I even received a phone call on a Sunday for my father in law, he had not even been seen by their practice yet! These days that is unheard of! Have some grace, everyone is doing their best and you never know what someone else might be going through. I trust them with myself and now my family.

I've been going to Souhside for 20 years. Dr Horn is caring and always helpful. Allison, my regular physician, takes great care of me and always tries to solve my medical issues. I saw Julia 2x and she was so awesome that I signed my husband up for her to be his pcp. The office staff perform their duties efficiently.

Julia Warrington, NP has been seeing my adult son following a serious motorcycle accident. She has been wonderful. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and expert care. I have never had a doctor take as much time with us making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I pray she never leaves Dover. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a NP.

I've been going to them for a few years and never really had any problems with them until the last year... Most of the time when I call now, I get a rude receptionist. I also needed an MRI done because I've been getting lightheaded and stumbling for the last year. I got denied from the MRI from my health insurance because Allison Ford didn't put in enough notes about what was actually going on with my symptoms. When I called my health insurance to see why I had been denied, they told me if a doctor or P.A. would call them back and do a peer to peer, they could review it again and more than likely pay for the MRI. All they wanted was more information on my symptoms. When I called to tell Southside that, I was placed on hold and then a very rude lady answered and told me they don't do peer to peers. So I said, you guys are just going to let me continue to live with these symptoms because you don't want to take the time to call them, and she said that's why we're referring you to a neurologist. I told her I had already been to one three times and they didn't do anything, which is why I came back to them and she said well that's what Allison Ford told me to tell you.. long story short, don't come to this trash place if you are looking for a doctor who cares about your health, because they are definitely not it.

The people at the reception desk are unprofessional, rude and always seem to be unhappy. I recently had a workers comp issue, and I was in a lot of pain, flustered and upset and instead of them keeping calm and explaining in detail about why they could not see me, they blew up on me. This was my first time having to deal with workers comp, and nobody explained to me just exactly how it worked. The doctor never called me back after I had asked for her to. Two days went by and the manager called me instead. I called her back, but she was unavailable and she still has yet to return my call about what happened, and that was almost 3 or 4 days ago; which is fine because I will not be returning as a patient anymore. Three bad times is enough for me. So they can go ahead and brush it under the rug all they want to. This is my third bad experience with them. I feel they do not take patient care seriously. I do not recommend that anyone new go to see them, and would advise people who are not new patients to be careful. Some time ago, they were good, but now I have nothing good to say about the office.

I have had Doctor Willet since he came to Dover. He saw me in the emergency room when I had a bad asthma attack and I was his first patient when he opened his practice. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He listens to me and acts like he has no other patience to see until I am completely satisfied with my questions. He recommends me to specialist that are just wonderful. He sits and goes over my results from the specialist with me and asks how things are going. I have never had a bad experience there and would recommend that office to anyone!!! After a hospital stay I get seen as directed by the hospital doctor.

The staff here are pleasant and friendly. I absolutely love the PA Allison, she is amazing. I have never encountered a problem at Southside and I have been going there for over 3 years now. PA Allison always addresses my needs every visit. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
