Wow!!! Hands-down, one of the best experiences I've had at any office in Anchorage!! Dr. Johnson and his staff are incredibly kind, caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns, was incredibly competent and kind and efficient. And the office was spectacular! They told me they just remodeled and it is absolutely beautiful in there. Every minute I spent there I fully enjoyed, which is hard to say when you are at an orthodontist appointment! From the girls at the front desk being quick, efficient and incredibly welcoming, sweet and kind- to the back office, being very experienced and fast and funny too(Amanda and Audrey were AMAZING) I will be recommending this office to literally everyone I talk to. If I could give this office 10 stars, I would! 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you, Dr. Johnson!!

We just moved to the area and needed to transfer care for our children. We originally only had one appointment scheduled for the oldest but Dr Johnson and team were wonderful and helped us fit everyone in. Everyone we met was friendly and very helpful and Sarah was a joy to work with to get everyone set up. My kids are actually excited to go back!

I had a wonderful experience at Northern Smiles! It was affordable and everyone at the office was friendly, competent, and responsive. I particularly liked that I could text or email someone and get a prompt reply! Dr. Johnson was great - very personable, knowledgeable, and most of all worked with me and my unique schedule and needs.

Oh wow!! Amazing! I just had my first visit with Nothern Smiles Orthodontics. Incredible staff and service. They offered me water, explained everything, gave me a tour, introduced me to staff, used my nickname consistently, provided expert care, and even made me laugh. I don’t feel like I had an office visit. I feel like I had a family reunion or went to Disneyland-Ortho. It’s a wow experience. Highly recommend!

Brought my son for a retainer follow up adj. this place was clean and welcoming and had great atmosphere and great people smiling. I heard them singing to a client. Yes really. They asked the right questions and made my son and husband and I feel welcome and we were in and out of there in like 15 mins from start to finish. They even had the ASD calendar right on the front desk for easy scheduling for our next appointment.
