He is a great doctor! He was great with my son and very thorough...I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the front desk/check-in situation! No one was there to check us in! After waiting for ten min. an employee in plain clothes with long blonde hair comes out walks over in front of us and very rudely goes' Uh can you move I need to wipe this counter, then when finished turns around and asks the other people in the waiting room who have already been checked in if they are okay, goes to leave for the back and right before she goes through the door looks at us standing there and as if were an inconvenience/after thought goes "somebody will be with you shortly", in a very nasty tone(idk why, but she was literally one of the rudest ppl I've ever encountered in a professional setting)....Everyone else was very friendly, professional, and kind!

In 2016 I had a fall and as a result I ended up with compartment syndrome in my right arm. Dr. Eakin rushed me to surgery from the ED. My husband was very hard to console since we didn't think I would end up in surgery. When my first surgery was finished Dr. Eakin went to the waiting room still in his scrubs and comforted my husband and explained every detail of my surgery and telling him about compartment syndrome. I was in the hospital for a week. Dr. Eakin came by everyday and after 3 surgeries I have my arm back. He was so kind and compassionate throughout my recovery. After he removed all 59 sutures I began the long road to recovery. 8 months later I completed all my therapy and I was able to return to work as a nurse. Dr. Eakin saved my life and I'm forever grateful to him. If you need a orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Eakin is the best. Thank you Dr. Eakin for giving me my life back.
