I’d highly recommend True Sports Physical Therapy of Wilmington to anyone looking to speed up their recovery process.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam who despite being a recent grad showed the confidence and skills of a seasoned PT. Sam helped me heal my initial injury and then proceeded to help me with all my other chronic issues I’ve had for YEARS.

The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, adaptable, and kind.

10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to get injured again.

Absolutely adored doing PT here! I worked mainly with Matt. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made coming to pt enjoyable! I gained so much strength and it felt like personal training rather than a doctor’s appointment! I also worked with Sam and she is such a sweetheart! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of PT in DE!

Matt and Sam were extremely helpful, knowledgable and catered to my needs. I am a collegiate athlete returning to soccer from a major knee surgery. They made the recovery process something to look forward to and helped push me to be able to recover so I can play again. I recommend them to all other athletes who wish to return to their sport after a serious injury.

True Sports is such a great physical therapy place if you need to rehab any type of injury. Or post surgery. If you play sports and need a physical therapist Matt is the best guy to go to. He is located at the Wilmington location. Matt cares and wants you to get better day in and day out. He works one on one and is willing to help your needs. Overall great for rehab
