f you need PT, this is the place to go. If you are going somewhere else, stop and go here. I have dealt with back pain for many years and have tried many physical therapists but these guys are by far the best. I finally had back surgery and did 8 months of rehab with Elite. I went from being able to stand for a couple of minutes to walking a mile every day without pain. They do a lot of deep tissue massage that other therapists don't use. It takes the pain away faster, which allows you to do more exercise, which gets you better faster. No other PT offers this combination and it really works. If you want to get better faster, this is the place to go. All the staff, from the therapists, to the receptionist, to the business office are very nice and professional. Great experience.

Much better experience than ATI I’ve had quality time with my PT each time I go. My sessions are tailored to my particular needs and progress, not cookie cutter routines. Facility is bright and uncrowded. I have a personalized home routine on their website with videos of each exercise and a way to mark progress. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Elite PT in Wilmington for a few months now and seeing Kevin Griffith for physical therapy. I have been to two other places previously, Rise PT and Christiana Care PT, and Elite PT has been the best yet. Before going to Elite PT, I was scared to go for a 2-mile run because I knew my back and ribs would become aggravated and I would have to deal with the pain for weeks. Since going to Elite PT, I have been able to run beyond 6 miles again without back/rib pain and run more frequently. I don't have to take muscle relaxers or pain killers. Also, Elite PT's business model is different. While I am there Kevin is able to focus on me and my needs, and not juggle 2 other clients at the same time. Kevin's is able to focus on my dry needing and manipulation.

Kevin's schedule is a huge help as well. There are days where Kevin is in the office at 6:30am. I am able to go to PT without having to take leave from work. That's a big win.

Fantastic experience working on radiating neck pain related to computer/phone use. My physical therapist Trevor is competent, thoughtful, knowlegeable, attentive, and encouraging. He listens well to feedback and adjusts the regime to fit. And he's been right on with instructions and explanations. Slowly but surely, my issue is getting better. Additionally, front desk staff is friendly and great with scheduling.
