Very good experience here. I tend to have a lot of questions just to learn more, and he was patient and answered everything well. I was barely using my right arm when I came in and it’s nearly back to normal now—really broke down what injury, what’s neuro-muscular, what’s just my muscles “getting angry,” etc. That reframing was really helpful. Really good advice on how to work out while recovering. And I love the office mascot! His dog Otto is so sweet.

Can’t recommend Dr. Eric for PT highly enough. This is my second round of PT, and the first time I went to one of those big PT centers where there are multiple people getting PT in one room, your therapist is juggling multiple clients, and your kind of rushed through the whole process. Getting PT with Dr. Eric is a completely different experience. He works with you one on one, really taking the time to understand all the factors that play into your injury, and explaining the reasoning behind doing certain exercises, and even educating you on the different muscle groups affected and how they all work together. When I first started with Dr. Eric I was in constant pain to the point of being scared I would have to leave my job, but through working with him my pain has improved significantly. If you need physical therapy do yourself a favor and skip the big name places where you will be rushed through exercises with very little direction or education and go to Next Move!
