An absolutely a fabulous office!! All of the staff are wonderful. They worked with me on my schedule and were very understanding. Doctor Karsten S. Weber was amazing ! Super friendly and personable. Today, I am at my second appointment for a follow up. I am in way less pain then I was last week for my first visit. Inside joke w/the doctor #hadtogetmytoesdoneforvieweing ❤️

I saw Dr. Hancock for my first visit. The office called to change my appointment from 3 to 2:30, which was fine. When I arrived I expected to have x-rays, as all the other podiatrist asked for X-rays prior to my visit. I spent about 15 minutes filling out extensive billing paperwork. When she came into the office she spent about 5-7 minutes. I started to tell her all the history with my feet issues, which have been extensive having been in the military and being born with feet deformities. She stopped me and asked, "So what is your main complaint today?" I said that I was unable to wear most shoes due to the issue with my toes being misaligned and every morning I had bad foot pain which my rheumatologist said most likely was arthritis. She looked at my feet touched the bottom and moved the toes around, said she "could not tell if I had a bunion without an x-ray" gave me 5 pieces of paper to order things from amazon, wrote the name of an athletic shoe I should buy and different types of sandals, said she would see me again in 3 weeks and walked out.
No X-rays, nothing that I could not have done on my own. My issue was not with sandal, or athletic shoes, (which I already have) but with regular shoes.
I will be going to another podiatrist who gives a hoot and is not obviously in a hurry to go to a holiday party or something. Do not waste your time with this person.

My husband and I both see Dr. Weber. Dr. Weber takes his time in explaining your diagnosis and prognoses. When you are having surgery and a long recovery you want a doctor who explains things and follows-up with you every step of the way.

Dr. Weber came highly reccommended to us by nurses and a physician. His assistant Melissa is kind, gentle and caring to patients. The two of them are the kind of compassionate highly skilled people we need more of in healthcare.

I do recommend Dr. Weber to anyone I know. When you are on a knee scooter people ask who is your doctor and how are they? Well, he is excellent is always my response.

Thank you to all of your staff as they are welcoming and kind every visit.

As a healthcare professional I was shocked when Nicole Hancock used a non sterile curette to try to remove my ingrown toenail. This lead to a serious fungal infection that I am currently dealing with.

I was told that the PRP treatment had a high success rate. Don't waste your time or money having this painful treatment which did absolutely nothing on my torn peroneal tendon. No improvement noted. I had to ask the Dr. for another MRI to do a comparison from one taken over six months ago. I'm the patient and felt the Dr. was complacent on next steps.

This is a great podiatrist office! They rarely make you wait. Today, I walked right in with zero wait and got my toenails trimmed plus Dr. Weber checked my feet as I’m a diabetic. So glad I found this practice!

This place was a joke. They charged me 3x the amount for a Ortho boot that I could of bought for $50 on Amazon!! And didn't even Inform me that I would be responsible for this portion of said bill before having me sign for it. Then refused to see me unless I paid them for this boot that they already charged my insurance $675 for!! They didn't care about me. I'm a single mom w a disabled child. Bad practices. ? I'd rather suffer!!
