The best foot care I no doubt about it. Dr. Ferguson and her team are wonderful. So courteous, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. Glad we found a foot doctor for life.

Unfortunately, I never had a good experience here. I had an ingrown toenail to be taken care of. Dr. Ferguson didn’t get all the roots and the toe got infected so I had to go back and had to pay my co-pay $50. She looked at my toe and Prescribed antibiotics, a week later my toe was still infected had go back again to be seen once again, another $50 just to find out she didn't get all of the ingrown nail out. I didn't know what I was thinking to allow this doctor to operate on my plantar fasciitis but I did entertain it and started the process. We scheduled it for the end of February. I get a phone call to say I needed lab work a week prior to surgery which was understandable I ask them to send the request to Quest. I took time off of work to go to Quest once at Quest the nurse said they have not received the request form. I called the office to find out why they didn't send it. So they resent the request again. Went to Quest just to find out that they did not receive the request again. Now we are 3 days from surgery with no blood work, so call their office from 12:30 to 4:30 with no response finally I get a callback, I finally have the request in my hand to get the blood work done 2 days before surgery. I get a call from Dr Ferguson’s office stating that the Anesthesiologist wants a cardiologist clearance form? So I bring up that I want their number so my attorney might need to get involved. There should have been a checklist that patients need to follow. As many people had a great experience with this office. I'm out hundreds of dollars and my time and still in pain and their office staff doesn't care. Sad.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ferguson and her staff! Right from the start the front desk lady treated me like I was one of the family. The medical assistant was super sweet. Dr. Ferguson was very gentle and explained to me the procedure very well. I just had a great feeling with their office. It is a very harmonious environment! Thank you all for treating me so great! I cannot say enough good about Mid Lake Foot and Ankle. The staff is friendly, compassionate and will go out of their way to accommodate your situation. I had called and explained the situation with my daughter’s foot and they made room to see her that day (for an emergency). Dr. Ferguson was very patient with my daughter and explained things very well to us. It shows Dr Ferguson and her staff love what they do and treat their patients very well.

Dr and office staff is amazing! I had an arthrex bunionectomy on my right foot for the big toe. Less than two weeks stitches are out and if bone heals well, I am back in a shoe in 4 weeks after procedure. Foot looks great and no huge scar. This Dr is highly recommended!! Thank you for taking such good care of me.
