This was the first Pilates studio I ever visited back in November 2023. I walked in thinking Pilates was some kind of Italian dessert, but boy, was I wrong! ? This studio has vibes so good, they should be bottled and sold. The instructors are pros who know how to push you, while keeping the mood light and fun. If you’re looking for a place where you can strengthen and feel good (even though you’re dying), this is it! Highly recommend! ?

Absolutely stunning studio located right in the heart of Bay Harbor Island! I just moved here a week ago today from NY and was nervous about being able to find a place comparable to my old studio. This Pilates studio blows away any studio I’ve ever been to in NY! The instructors are so sweet and kind. I’ve met so many nice people there already. It’s also a 5 minute walk from my apartment which I love!

I normally go to the FTL location, but every so often I like to switch it up and come here when I have the time. I normally make an afternoon of it and go to Pura Vida across the street, sit at my favorite place on the water, and end the evening with a class here. You could also plan to attend a class after shopping at Bal Harbour. You pretty much can't go wrong, because this studio is amazing and has the best instructors, and the location is just to die for!! ?

Wow! I truly don't have enough great things to say about Reforming Pilates. Not only is their studio absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it is also clean and located in the perfect spot. Their customer service is phenomenal and if there's ever an issue that needs to be resolved, I know that they will try their best to help me and everyone who walks through their door. I always feel taken care of and prioritized whenever I visit the studio for a class, which is impressive when they have hundreds of people visiting the studio each week. Everyone is welcomed and everyone is made to feel special.

I have taken many beginner Pilates classes at various different studios, and there is something to be said about the instructors at this particular studio. All of them are welcoming, kind and helpful. Abigail is a wonderful teacher who is patient, knowledgable and compassionate. Her classes are always a lot of fun! She takes the time to get to know you and really values your presence and feedback. The owner, Genevieve, is very hands-on and extremely outgoing; she loves getting to know you and it truly feels like you are making a friend when you chat with her!

I'm so excited for them to open more studios and to watch everyone fall in love with Pilates like I have. I love bringing my friends to class! Coming to RF feels like coming home.

Love the studio. Small, clean, chic. Elisa is amazing (as always). Sculpt class seems to be the perfect way to start the week after a long work day. Got a great pump, was challenged to use my core and move slowly while maintaining my form (and using ankle weights). Elisa did a great job of guiding the class and encouraging all of us to push ourselves even when I felt like giving up. Also - really enjoyed the playlist in Elisa's Sculpt Class! See you next time!

This is THE Pilates place to go to. Love this studio; small classes, immaculate vibes, and knowledgeable instructors. I cannot recommend this studio enough! Parking isn’t a hassle and it’s centrally located in the perfect spot. The studio itself is always tidy, has great equipment, and aesthetically pleasing.

Best pilates studio out there! They have top instructors with amazing classes. Location is also a plus pretty close to a Pura Vida, where I like to go after my class to enjoy a sweet treat and also pretty close to Bal Harbor.
