I had a great experience with Debora. My back was a mess, and I was very stiff, so stiff and unable to bend that I couldn't put my socks on. Debora has a tremendous acknowledgment of human anatomy to apply the best therapy for the best results. Her therapy room is filled with the most updated equipment that, together with Debora's personal approach and care, achieves excellent outcomes tailored to your issue. Recommending her isn't enough; you must go to her if in need of fantastic PT. And yes, I can put my socks on now!

The results are spectacular, I left the hospital walking with roller Walker (after a cancer surgery to the hip) after 10 months of therapy, I'm walking with only one cane!!!.

Debora made excellent planning in the recovery process, going from the walker, two crutches to finish with one cane (as plan it), the techniques used in the therapy are very well applied, she uses the best equipment, you can expect results in each session.
I must say that the medical team at the University of Miami Hospital was amazed at my recovery (Was not within the expected, not in such a short time at least).

The motivation given by Debora during the sessions helped me to hope in this process, I am totally grateful and I recommend Debora for all kinds of physical therapies

I was very fortunate to find Deborah’s practice following rotator cuff and bicep surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and works directly with all her patients. She is very dedicated to her craft and patients outcome. Even offers to hep fix other mobility maladies along the way. Her Pilates reformer is an added plus as is her humour. Not a cookie cutter recovery experience by any means.

After a bonechip removal around the knee I went to Ms. Deborah Alifie for physical therapy. In three months she not only took all the pain around knee and strengthened the whole upper leg thru a combination of ultrasonic and pilati treatment. She worked every single area surrounding the knee and upper leg. The results are amazing. My whole leg is stronger and my posture is better. Debbie was always punctual and understood my level of fitness and accordingly customized the program. She is simply the best threpist who has treated me. Wish her the best.

A huge thank you to Debora, definitely a gifted therapist. I was hit by a car while crossing the street 3 years ago now, and I have not seen any improvement until I started my treatment with her. I have seen many therapists, doctors and other health professionals in the past 3 years, and I can assure you NOBODY ever showed any compassion or interest, other than for billing me. When I came to Deborah, I could hardly walk because of pain associated with Spondylolysis and Spondylolisthesis . Deborah is a great therapist who understands the effects of the injury and inflammation. She treats using a combination of techniques. Despite doing Pilates for many years, I learned for the first time how to correctly do the exercises. Over a couple of months my situation has improved so much that I can do Yoga. Great with acupuncture and sonic treatments. Can't say enough great things about this lady. The best.
