I'm visiting my grandma and my wire on my braces broke and it was scraping my gum so my grandma got recommended this place she called they said 10:00 good we came at 9:45 straight in they cut it and tucked it and gave me wax when we asked price they said free overall if chould rate 10/5 I whould great service so kind and caring I whould recommend

Dr. Petsche and his team are very professional and are a world class. The office is well kept, extremely clean and organized. There is even a cool movie theater near the lobby! The office is very kid friendly as well as for all ages. My first appointment was for Orthodontic consultation with Dr. Petsche in which I had all of my questions and concerns addressed. The 2nd appointment was when I started my treatment. The level of care that I received from Dr. Petsche and his team was exceptionally attentive and gentle. His team and staff are all very caring and informative regarding what to expect and how to care for your teeth at home during orthodontic treatment. I am immensely pleased with the level of care and professionalism that is displayed in this office and would highly recommend them.

My daughter needed her teeth shaped after getting the braces off and I’m so impressed with how they turned out! We love Dr. Petsche and his staff! They are always helpful, courteous, and helpful. Office is extremely clean and environment is not a usual DR's office. My son and I also enjoy the mini-movie theater prior to appointments!

LOVE Dr. Petsche! He put my braces on and I am very grateful I went to his office. His front desk person is VERY professional. All of the nurses are very well trained, and are very courteous of customers. Dr. Petsche himself is VERY professional in his work, and he gets the job done right. He lets you know of everything he is doing, going to do, and has done in regards to you. If he does anything wrong, which is almost never, he admits it right away. Also, parents are allowed to come and sit and watch the procedure if they would like to. The environment is very nice and family friendly, the waiting area is good for all ages, ranging from an Xbox with games, to a gigantic 3D TV with Movie Theatre style seating & glasses, and a playhouse for toddlers and small children. Plus a good amount of regular chairs for anyone else to use. Basically every staff personell is very professional, and thanks to them, my teeth are straight!

My 10 year old daughter has been going to Dr. Petsche for about 2 years and she as well as my husband and I absolutely love this office and staff! Very professional, clean, punctual, and kind staff all around. Yesterday my daughter came home from her appointment and she said "Mom I just love Dr. Petsche's office, I can just walk in there by myself and it's safe no one will steal me and everyone is so nice like Dr. Petshce!" LOL...Ok first of all she does not go in there by herself but I do let her get a few steps ahead of me so she can go check in with her fingerprint by herself because she absolutely LOVES that part. As for her whole "stealing" opinion that comes from me always telling her to never leave my side because someone may steal her lol... BUT from a 10 year old's insight Dr. Petsche's office has really created an environment where kids do feel safe and even loved by their kindness and that goes a LONG way in today's world. Most kids do not like going to the dentist and my little one just walk's into Dr. Petshce's office like they are neighbors and it's time for her to catch up with her friends there. Dr. Petsche is very kind and knowledgeable when it comes to picking the appropriate time for braces at a younger age. His team always greets us with welcome arms and smiles.
