I do not usually do negative reviews on doctors. I thought about this long and hard bc people rely on these reviews to choose a doctor. Especially if they are not from the area. If I could, I’d give the doctor and the way they operate absolutely zero stars. I cried during my first exam explaining a very long medical history and the fears I had. I hadn’t had a colonoscopy in a few years and I was having issues with my stomach. The day of the procedure I was all ready very nervous. My blood pressure was higher then ever. I do not have high blood pressure! These procedures are done in his office. You walk in and hear the sound of the beep from the guy who I am assuming was recovering from his procedure and then as you walk down the hall there he is lying on the table. People were throwing up and who knows what in the office waiting room bathroom. I would not dare go in there! I saw this all this before they even put that blood pressure cuff on. My pressure had reached a very high point then I had ever seen on me and they sent me home!! I wasn’t mean. I wasn’t nasty. I said I could never go through that again. They never sent me to the ER! My blood pressure was dangerously high. I could have had a stroke, heart attack who knows!! Thank God, by now, I have learned to manage my own healthcare. I knew what to do. I never heard from this doctor or his office again. I had blood work done, no results were given. Nothing, nada, zilch I was written off! People, we have to be responsible for our healthcare. We cannot just trust everyone. He is highly recommended. I have been to plenty of doctors and I have to say this was my worst experience ever. This is not a single occurrence but by far the worst. Yes, I had to say that again. I have never written a bad review for a doctor(none that I can recall at this time). Who would I be if I didn’t say anything. This guy, oh excuse me doctor( respect not earned but given) could have opened himself up to a lawsuit. That’s another thing that is killing our healthcare. I have close acquaintances that are doctors, from another state, great doctors, who are telling their children not to go into the medical field because malpractice insurance has become so high. Doctors who are honest with me about a whole lot more that I’d never repeat. Florida seems to be one of the worst states I’ve ever seen as far as healthcare goes. Do your homework. See more than one doctor, for any reason, especially if they try to put the blame on something your doing. There are so many diseases out there that we still do not know about. Stay healthy. God Bless. By the way, I saw him in the beginning of January, it’s now May. I did not take any of this lightly before writing.
