The staff is amazing. They all, therapists, and staff, know me by name! The therapists are very knowledgeable. They are the first PT group that actually does hands on. They do not just give you exercises to do and leave you alone. The therapists actually give you attention, hands on massage and exercises to do to a timer; during which they check on you regularly. You are never left to your own. I am truly amazed with the group and recommend them to all my doctors and friends.

My freshman daughter that had surgery in July is out of state and going to college in the area! I met with the staff when my daughter did the introduction this week, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about her injury! I feel piece of mind knowing that my daughter is in good hands when I fly back home! Thank you for taking good care of my daughter and hopefully she will be running in no time!!!

The amazing PT therapists Ashley and Scott have helped me to recover from rotator cuff surgery in the most professional manner during the past two months. I am always looking forward to my session and come home with new exercises as well as new insights. I really appreciate the individual attention given to me and the careful focus on my progress. This place is outstanding in every way. The facility is nice and clean, the therapists
are true professionals who have a wide range of skills, and the front desk people are well organized and very kind. Overall, my best PT experience ever!

Shoulder surgery has a bad recovery rap, but I must say Lauren and the crew at PT Solutions converted me in seconds. I came in afraid to even wiggle my fingers and realized that the fish arm had more capabilities after performing a few routines and benefited from suggestions based on their razor like observations. I give a high 5 rating to their deep muscle ache techniques plus look forward to my sessions!!! Location is central, restrooms adjacent to office, fabulous ice packs for after session comforts, and the admin/reception team are people centric! Listen, recovery hinges on getting to this office quickly!

Everyone at PT Solutions is amazing! Tyler and team are more knowledgeable about the human body and how to relieve pain, and gain strength, than most doctors (who typically go straight to prescribing meds). Equally important is that they care. This team truly takes an interest in how you live your life so that they can treat you in the most effective way to help you heal. Having knee surgery isn’t easy. Especially at a young age or any age for that matter. But they don’t talk about what happens after knee surgery. Therapy.. physical therapy. I have been to many different physical therapists , all due to different sport injuries. But, PT solutions takes the top of the pyramid for best physical therapists in St. Augustine. Tyler and his staff really does care about how you are feeling and how to make you feel comfortable. You will always be greeted with friendly faces and smiles from the front desk. As well as being brought back to start your session. Tyler and his staff takes the time before your session to ask how you are feeling and if anything is hurting to make sure that whatever is planned for the day doesn’t injure you further , as their mission is for you to be healthy and be better then ever. Really had the honor to be able to be in an environment that cared and helped be me get my leg/knee back, as well know that you can make anything into a burrito..

The physical therapists and support staff at this facility are all beyond outstanding in all aspects of their professions! After suffering an injury with considerable chronic pain, they have provided an environment for healing that is friendly, supportive, caring, and fun! The exercises and other therapeutic interventions have been extremely helpful, and my health has improved significantly in a few short months. PT Solutions of St Augustine has a staff of knowledgeable, personable, and fun individuals. They work great together as a team and put their patients first. After being diagnosed with a complete tear of a groin muscle they were able to rehab me back to returning to sport and helped me achieve each of my therapy goals. Their front desk staff greet patients with a smile and really make an effort to make each patients therapy fun with impromptu dance parties. If you need therapy look no further because PT Solutions of St Augustine is the best!
