First Coast Rehab is top-notch. I needed help with knees and one hip. Nick Guardia is very caring and explains how body parts work together. I feel better and I have some home exercises he gave me to do. Very helpful! I highly recommend him/them.

Highly recommend. Received PT for back to back injuries on my knee/hip. Jocelyn DiFolco is a patient, caring and highly skilled physical therapist. I was able to recover and resume my normal activities including volunteer work. Receptionist Nancy is a sweetheart and always makes you feel welcome.

I have been working with Jocelyn (at the SOUTH location) over several years recovering from two knee replacements AND additional work on my low back. She and Nancy (receptionist) make a marvelous caring and friendly team. I have had great success in this small one-on-one setting and highly recommend it for outpatient rehab!

Nick is professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and is not selfish with his knowledge. His treatments are effective, and his explanations are very helpful to the physical therapy process. After my first knee replacement I went to First Coast Rehab because it was near my home. Little did I know what a miraculous choice to be referred to Jocelyn. I received excellent personal and professional care from her. My recovery was great. Little did I know this PT would take me on a long and challenging journey. I had my second knee replaced and this was not the same. During the surgery I got severe brain fog and had to learn how to walk again and had serious deficits. Jocelyn understood this and treated me accordingly. This began a long and arduous process. As I was slowly recovering I had a serious setback. I broke four bones in my pelvis and needed residential rehab. Once I was discharged I wanted to go back to Jocelyn since she is outstanding in her work. After months of intensive physical therapy I have recovered again. I went from being bed bound, to a wheel chair, to a walker, and now to walking sticks. I can walk inside the house independently. All thanks to Jocelyn. I am grateful to her and have recommended her to all my friends who require physical therapy.

Began rehab for my back a couple of weeks ago and it has made such a big difference. Nick is very knowledgable about the spine and has so far provided excellent therapy and advice. Also, the receptionist Karen is a valuable asset to the clinic and follows up on all appointments and is consistently upbeat and pleasant. I highly recommend this location!
