Wow! I LOVE Kirsten! If you're serious about fixing your physical issues, this is the place you need to be. When I first spoke to Kirsten on the phone, I immediately felt I was in good hands. She's warm, personable and very compassionate. I totally got the impression that she does this kind of work because she really does want to help people. I paid out of pocket and it was without a doubt money well spent. Her knowledge of anatomy and movement are spot on, not surprising since she teaches at the local university. I was in a bad car crash and had multiple issues, mostly going from non-weight bearing on my rt foot to weight bearing. I had also just seen a different physical therapist in a different city for 6 weeks. I learned more from my one appointment with Kirsten than I did in the entire 6 weeks with the other phys. therapist. If you're looking to REALLY fix a physical issue and NOT with pills or surgery, go see Kirsten or Steve. My bf has seen Steve a few times now for compression fractures in his lumbar vertebrae. Steve seems to be just as knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to his work as Kirsten. You cannot go wrong with either of them. Just don't do what I did and waste your time with anyone else.

I have been under the care of Kirsten for about six months now and she has greatly improved my quality of life. I was involved in a traumatic scooter accident three years ago and had multiple fractures to my face and legs. The injury that has not completely healed was my tibial plateau fracture. Under the care of Kirsten I have been able to return to surfing, hiking, and cycling. She has greatly improved my range of motion along with my strength. I have been under the care of multiple PT professionals and Kirsten is hands down the best experience I have ever had. She takes a very hands on approach to your treatment all while listening to your medical compliant and taking into account what makes you feel better. These treatments and assessment are performed on a 1:1 PT to Patient ratio which is unique in my past experience. My quality of life has improved greatly under her care and I recommend her to any person looking to live a pain and stress free life.

Short Review: The physical therapy and care I received from Steve Vighetti was absolutely phenominal compared to past physical therapy providers and I'd highly highly recommend Vighetti & Associates if you're looking for real, noticeable improvement in your condition.

Long Review: I'm a 45 year old man and I've had 3 ACL surgeries over the years and my knee was begining to feel very unstable, sore and would swell during any physical activity. My ortho doc recommended physical therapy to strengthen my leg muscles, thereby improving the stability of the knee joint. I've been through several North Florida physical therapy providers, and they all proved to be mediocre in terms of experience and outcome. At each one, I felt a little bit better, but not much. I would typically be put on a very light workout, the therapist would walk away to check on another patient and come back when the timer on the machine went off. I felt like I was being "processed" through their program as opposed to being actually cared for.

Steve Vighetti has the complete opposite approach. His program is very hands on and focused on results. Throughout my therapy, he pushed me hard and challenged me in every excercise, standing by my side the entire 1 hour session, coaching and correcting me on my form, explaining why we were doing a particular excercise and educating me on the anatomy of the knee joint and my condition. He genuinely cares about his patient's outcome and is a wealth of knowledge, always providing a full, detailed explanation to any questions asked. Just as important, Steve is also just an all around great person, is a pleasure to talk to and has the perfect bedside manner as a physical therapist.

Today, my knee feels stable, my legs feel strong and I have had no issues with swelling or soreness. I continue to periodically reach out to Steve for advice as I work on my own to maintain the progress I've made with him. I simply couldn't recommend his services more!

Kirsten was a joy to work with! I tore my achilles tendon in September, had surgery to repair it and as soon as I got the boot off at 6 weeks, started PT with Kirsten. My goal was to be able to ski at the 6 month mark. (The surgeon had told me I wouldn't get to ski this year, but I was determined to do it, and with Kirsten's help I did!!!) Kirsten is an incredible physical therapist! She is smart, professional, compassionate and really listens to you. She knows exactly the right exercise program to get you back on the path to wellness fast! I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy for anything! Don't waste your time going elsewhere!

I found Kirsten Heath to be very knowledgeable. She really listened to me and seemed to care about me which is very important to me. Ever since I had a child a few years ago, I've experienced frequent hip pain while running that often sidelined me for a month or more each time it would flare up. I knew there was an underlying issue, since it would continually happen. I finally made an appointment with Steve Vighetti and right away I knew I made a great decision. Steve focused on teaching me how to build up strength in areas that were weakened by the pregnancy and improve my form. I had a lot of "homework", but that's where the benefit is -- retraining your body over time to so you can get back to doing the things you love and being your best self, without pain.
