I can't say enough about how well I am treated for my movement disorder issues at Stars rehab in St Augustine. They are well-trained professionals that really do care about their patients. They are good communicators also especially with patients like me who have lost their voice. I highly recommend them they are the best!

I started going to STARS Rehab in October 2023 for PT therapy for my Parkinson’s, and I was also recovering from a neck surgery. Their staff is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and they have a skill set for PT that is remarkable in its breadth and depth.
In addition to my one-in-one PT sessions I also have attended some of the classes, and I particularly like the boxing class for gaining balance and range of motion as well as working on the cognitive skills of the brain and body working together.
Further, they are always alert for any other concerns that each of us are experiencing whether It be physical, mental or emotional. I am so grateful that STARS Rehab is there for me-they are like family.

I have been a patient at Parkinsons Health Center at STARS REHAB for over
A year
My issue is deterioration of my balance.
My balance and strength have improved immensely using their unique rehabilitation programs.
I have used other Rehabilitation facilities in the past with less results.
STARS REHAB gets my highest recommendation for anyone needing any kind of rehabilitation.
I will also use STARS for my upcoming hip replacement therapy.
They have a great staff. Every employee is highly professional, smart, enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated to the wellbeing of their patients. I enjoy my rehab sessions.
Sabrina (Dr of Physical Therapy) is my Therapist. I have gotten to know all of the STARS Therapists over the past year. All the STARS therapist are more than very highly qualified to taker care of your therapy needs.
I sincerely recommend all of them!

Melanie is amazing. She is very compassionate, skilled, dedicated and knowledgeable. There is no physical therapy practise that comes close to STARS. I would highly recommend them for any condition. David is fantastic as well!

Anna, was my therapist and I could not have asked for a more caring and concerned individual. Anna established my baseline on day one and by the end of my sessions the improvement was in a word "remarkable"! Walking speed increased agility, confidence, all measurable parameters showed how much I had gained in just 10 visits!! Thank you Anna for the boost in confidence and helping this old man regain his agility.... "nose before toes" my new motto and I even have my friends saying this.

The staff is and friendly when you first walk in the door and their therapists appreciate the value of your time and start and end your session on time. All are well trained and devoted to improving your health. Stars therapist have put me back together on several occasions. I won’t go any place else.
