Just got home after wonderful care I received. I love your TLC. E b ermine is so kind and
attentive. Dr. Kirby is so great and always does a good job...answers all my fears And questions. My pre- op nurse( Michelle) is super. I love her, Sheila and Joan are great also. Lexi and Joanne are very sweet and competent. I love my anesthesiologist. He is the greatest and makes me feel very comfortable always. I am so pleased always with TLC. And all Its great people who take care

New to Florida, in search of better health care; we cannot possibly overstate the good fortune in finding ourselves in the Villages with Tim receiving his care at the Specialty Care Center in Spanish Springs. Dr. Reed and his staff are second to none. We are overwhelmed at all the proactive attention that patients receive. It commences as soon as you step inside the glass doors and are greeted by some of the friendliest young ladies in the reception area. After the first visit I was touched by the warm welcome Tim continued to receive at every visit thereafter. Everyone was on a first name basis and they were already checking him in as we first approached the glass doors. Inside Dr. Reed’s office you are surrounded by a highly qualified, skilled supportive staff. There were some difficult choices to be made for Tim’s overall well-being.
To quote Dr. Reed, “ First, we save the life, then we save the limb”. When addressing potential life-threatening choices; we were able to witness and participate in the awe inspiring collaboration that took place with Dr. Reed and his staff. The knowledge and expertise that has been shared with us during each visit helped to keep our emotions in check, while reintroducing an element of control into the equation. Tim is always made to feel like he is the most important patient that they are seeing. Thank you Dr. Reed for providing Tim with the medical care that he so desperately needs and restoring this 75 year old man’s faith in the work of the entire health care profession. You are all angels, and I am forever grateful to each and every one of you.

I experienced a case of vertigo on Sunday, it was pretty much over by Monday when I called and they took me right in that day. Kristan was very good, patient and knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent as always

If I could rate Dr Mis more than a 10 out of 10 I would absolutely do that! He is an amazing, compassionate, caring doctor! He listens to every word you say and offers his expert advise on your situation!! I feel so blessed to be a patient in his care!!! We are very lucky to have him as a part of our specialty care team.

This was my first visit & Dr John Thompson as well as his whole staff were all excellent, caring & very professional. I also very much appreciated the fact that Dr Thompson took the time to listen to me, answered my questions & explained things in a way so that I could understand all the details for my upcoming procedures. I didn’t feel rushed at all, so now I trust him and I highly recommend both him & The Villages Specialty Care staff!

On time, actually early, pleasant and efficient receptionist, nurse Teressa (so?) was very nice and Dr Raquet made a normally uncomfortable exam great! I am very impressed with this office and everyone that I met! So happy I found them
