The wait is never long! The front desk woman are welcoming and pleasant. They have a unique way of getting you to do paperwork, without it seeming like a pain! My Dr. never rushes me, she listens & puts herself in your shoes. She encourages you to do the things that you have no interest in doing! Her nurse works very hard to set up your appointment & F/U with all the referrals, like fast! And finally the women that check you out, work with you for your next appointment. They allow you to speak in reference to your co-payment, and are very willing to help you with any financial arrangements. Not to mention they're always pleasant!

I love my Nurse Practitioner ❤️. She listens, she is compassionate, and I never habe a problem getting an appointment, or a long wait time in the lobby. The medical assistants are wonderful. The front desk could be a little more discreet, and a lot more friendly
Everyone in the lobby hears your business, and everyone in line to check out hears the rest of your business, including financial, and sensitive information like birthdates etc.

Excellent service.
I showed up in pain with a swollen knee.
There were zero openings or available appointments. My doctor was advised of my situation. She saw me within 10 / 15 min. My dr. Is Marla Poole, she is a blessing to me and I sure to anyone else in her patient list.
She is always ready to answer questions and listen. Wonderful beside manner.
If you want a smart dr. That is attentive . Go see her.
She won’t tell you to google any questions you my ask.
I feel much respect for her.

Love my primary care doctor, nurses, employees and facility. There hasn’t been a time when I needed to see Dr. De Leon when I haven’t been squeezed in to see him. Or if I needed a prescription called in it was done in a fast timely manner. I’m very satisfied and happy.

Dr. Deleon and the staff at Lake City Primary Care have restored my confidence in the medical treatment I'm receiving after years of being misdiagnosed and having my health concerns ignored by numerous other doctors. Finally! A doctor who not only listens, but who actually hears what the patient is saying. Caring, compassionate, and totally professional. Highly recommended.

The check in was smooth and friendly with Dr right behind her. Dr went over the Lap report and we discussed items that was not dead center. After discussing blood presser issue it was decided not to change anything for it was right on today. Went over some meds that I was trying and not getting good results so she gave me new prescription and come back in 2 months. All discussions was two way and went smooth and quickly. Left feeling good about the issues I wanted to talk over.

This was my first visit. Nurse practitioner (Guen) was excellent, however didn't have the paper work I left at the front desk, nor was it in the computer . She called me the next day and had ordered my records, test, and referrals. Very caring person. So glad I got her.

It was a quiet day at the practice. I arrived a little early and was immediately shown to the exam. room. Both Dr. and nurse were professional in all respects and after a thorough examination I left the practice with my next appointment in hand at a time that was before the official appointment time
