Buscando un podiatra nos recomendaron al Dr. Ortiz. Cuando le visitamos salimos encantandos con el. El dr se toma el tiempo necesario con el paciente, nos explicó con detenimiento todo lo que hay q hacerle a mi esposo. El personal muy amable. Altamente recomendado.

The office staff for this doctor is absolutely horrible. My first appointment. I had a negative experience with the office staff very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about anything that goes on at the office with the patients are around them. It amazes me that they have a job working for a doctor sad, secondly if you’re in excruciating pain don’t bother trying to go to this doctor. He gives you an appointment 30 days out. They do not care if you’re in pain they do not care if you’re an established patient after 30 days for an appointment for an emergency I missed the appointment. I don’t receive any the day before our text confirming the appointment or giving you any type of appointment Like most doctors office is due matter fact, 99% of doctors offices text or call you the day before of your appointment to make sure you’re still going to arrive. I get nothing from this doctor. So I was confused as to what time the appointment was at 8:36. My appointment was at 8:15 so of course now I missed the appointment they didn’t didn’t tell me after I’ve already waited 30 days and been in pain this entire time that I would not be able to be seen until December Because the doctor is going to be out of town until December and I guess closing the practice I don’t see how any doctor with patients that have to be cared for can take two months off. I’ve never in all my years known a doctor to be gone for two months and just leave the patients to Finn for themselves , I moved to the area so I had to call my old doctor which is an hour and a half away. I was able to receive an appointment within a week and I am willing to make the drive back to my old city to go see establish doctor with excellent patient care and an excellent staff until I find a credible professional office in the Davenport area. This one is not. It

I've been seeing Dr. Narmo Ortiz for a few years now but I first met him when my youngest child had to see him for an injury to their ankle about 5 years ago. He started off in another location down the road and then shifted up here to right behind the hospital. This location is more convenient and I've actually been seeing doctors in this building off and on for almost 10 years.
I come here because I am diabetic and have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs. Since things have been getting better with my diabetes this is more routine just to make sure that I don't have any problems. The staff here knows me when they see me and everyone is very friendly.
The doctor has a great manner with patients and I would definitely recommend him for anyone with a foot issue. I like the fact that I'm in and out quickly and my appointments always happen close to if not right at the scheduled time.

Dr. Narrow Ortiz was my foot surgeon. I was recommended by my friend. I am blessed to have met him and had my surgery. He is professional, caring and simply a great doctor. Amazing that you may have pain and yet his caring way eases it. His nurse Ruth is super great. I highly recommend him. Si nececitas operaccion de pies, este doctor es el mejor. Gracias

The doctor (Dr. Narrow Ortiz) is excellent, HOWEVER his staff is far beyond mediocre. The front desk patient greeter has a nasty attitude towards patient. She speaks as she believes she has total authority and attempts to demeanor patients. I had a very bad experience reaching the point of no return to this office. Again, the doctor is FANSTASTIC and very professional, but his staff needs grooming or change. Highly displeased!
