I had my surgery in May 23 2024
It was my first time having a surgery. DR. TUTU did Bilateral Reduction Mammoplasty. She is so Professional and so sweet. Everyone was so sweet and professional. I'm happy how the results are going. Again thank you so much!

Dr Cheng did my Breast Reduction on April 24th 2024!! She is the absolute best ! She is one of the friendliest and easiest Doctors to talk too!! She explained everything to me from start to finish!! After losing over 100lbs there was a lot of extra skin hanging. Went for a consultation with Dr. Cheng and she was very forward and informative. Her staff Keren is the BEST too!! Thank you Dr. Cheng for taking care of me even after surgery!

Please look elsewhere for a surgeon. While Dr. Cheung may be capable of performing your surgery, her attitude and bedside manner is horrible. She has no personality and didn’t smile or make me feel comfortable at all. I’ve seen many reviews mentioning this same thing, however I wanted to see for myself.

Additionally, I was referred to her by my primary care doctor who had already deemed my surgery medically necessary. Dr. Cheung advised she has had difficulty getting it approved by insurance so she would only cover it as a cosmetic procedure. I asked her to at least attempt to have it covered or reach out to my insurance and she flat out told me no. I then asked her for an estimate for the cosmetic procedure in which she gave me an attitude advising that was a different part of the office who handled that. She told me one of the nurses would call me in 7 days with an estimate. Well it’s been three weeks and I’ve heard nothing.

Please stay far away. I did further research and found a better surgeon who agreed my surgery was medically necessary.

The nurse had to warn me about Dr. Cheung before she even entered the room. That’s sad.

Dr. Cheng performed my breast reduction in October of 2020 and I feel + look so great! Her and Yolanda have taken such great care of me, always answering the silly questions I have without making me feel dumb or crazy. So happy I found her and had this surgery!!!

Back in July I had a consultation with Dr. Tutu Cheng for a breast reduction that I felt was medically necessary. The medical receptionist was extremely rude and nasty. When I seen the actual doctor it just didn’t surprise me of why her staff is the way they are. She is a person with no emotion, no brightness just a very dark spirited person. She looked at me and automatically said my BMI is too high and I need to loose 120 lbs. she refused to preform a surgery on me after setting unrealistic expectations. She promised me that I’ll have major complications. Scary right? After I seen her I felt like they just forgot about me. I feel like they felt like I wasn’t a candidate so why waste any more time on me. I left in tears. On the bright side I found Dr. Newman in Orlando as soon as I left her office. I’m so happy I found Dr. Newman I got my breast reduction and lift with no problems and no I didn’t have to loose 120lbs. He performed my surgery and has really exceeded my expectations.
