He took the time to understand my goals and capabilities pushing me just enough to see real progress without overdoing it. I appreciated his dedication and encouragement throughout the process. Since the first day I contacted the location where I found that the lady in the front desk was very professional and helpful her name is Stacey and she said that she would take care of my insurance and registration and I got a call from her that I was approved for the physical therapy session and after I started the other girl Jackie was very professional and nice and then I have the pleasure to meet with my Therapist Daniel and after my first month training I have been doing better than before I was enrolled.

Save your money and recovery time. You will regret coming here. Their customer service sucks, and they do not care about you, only about how long they can keep you here. It's so sad they hire and keep employees like GRACE; good luck to you if you ever encounter her.

This facility is top notch! I came in with a severe neck injury last year, and could not put my arm down without it causing major pain. Eric took me through some exercises that not only alleviated the pain, but eliminated the need for injections. I highly recommend PT Solutions! The staff are all professional, but they also make the work fun! Eric has helped not only myself, but my whole family with various injuries. We wouldn’t go any place else!
