I took the time to really think of a word or words to describe Doctor Nanette and his team but no words can honestly do Doctor Nanette and his team any justice. I’m not typically the type to write reviews but let me tell you, from the way the Doctor and the team make you feel to the way they treat and care for you is beyond words. My mom has dementia. She was having issues with very thick toenails and ingrown toenails. My mom is very fearful of the world around her. Dr. Diaz was extremely compassionate with her and put her at ease. Although the procedure on right toe was very painful for my mom, by the end, Dr Diaz had my mom laughing. She is very knowledgeable and takes time explaining. She actually cares about her patients. Her staff is also very understanding. I would highly recommend her.

A few weeks ago I called the office to make an appointment. The lady could not understand English nor could she write down my email address. After several calls I did get an appointment. Dr. Diaz seemed like an expert in her field. She suggested two insoles that would need approval with my insurance Company. She said that she would have her staff process this and if they approve it she would see me again. I went home and called my insurance company. The told me that they needed to preauthorization by the doctor. Days went by so I called the my insurance company and they told me the doctor never called them for the preauthorization My insurance and I both faxed her asking for the medical diagnosis and my insurance called but no one would call them back.

The insurance said they had to deny me because they needed a diagnosis from the doctor who never returned their call. I am sadden that a talented doctor would not follow through for her patient and have a staff member that can not speak the English language so an appointment could be made. I had my neighbor down the street who speaks Spanish who called and got me an appointment.
