Dr. Thomas and his staff have no regard for the patients time. Every appointment began approx. 30 minutes late with no apology for time spent waiting. I had braces with him for three years and I ended up with imperfections that Dr. Thomas said would take too long to go back and fix.

So glad I chose Thomas Orthodontics for my daughter’s care. Dr. Thomas and his staff are super professional and friendly. Good vibes all around. I wouldn’t have imagined enjoying myself at an orthodontist appointment! I could have stayed and chatted for longer, but my kid was tugging at my arm ?
Plus, evening appointments. They make it so easy for our work and school schedule.

This office runs so efficiently well! Everyone we've interacted with there is friendly, professional and just super nice. They take their time explaining the procedures, so there are no surprises. No hidden fees in the fine print... We'll, there's no fine print. It's all clear and understandable, with an easy, affordable payment plan. We would not be there if my granddaughter was not happy. She told me today, after her appointment, that "Rebecca is really nice". (I agree; it was our 3rd visit since getting braces) I'm bad with names, but the rest of the staff is also super nice. That goes for Dr. Thomas as well. After all, he would be the person to blame, or in this case, the person to THANK for putting together a cool group of people who provide exceptionally great service under his watchful supervision. They all work really well together! A special thank you to Dr. Thomas for his flexibility and consideration at the onset of this horrific pandemic. He allowed a grace period until it was safe to return to the office to start work on my granddaughter's teeth. It was greatly appreciated! If you're looking for a GREAT Orthodontist... Look no further. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and personable. My oldest son completed his round of braces and my second son is currently undergoing treatment. They have great hours which helps working parents. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff.

I took my daughter for her consult recently. The staff provides excellent customer service. They welcomed my daughter to their office with her name on their board. That was very personable. Dr. Thomas was great. Explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. They offer wonderful payment options. They have late hours. They have very reasonable prices. I went for a consult at another Orthodontist and Dr. Thomas's office was $2100.00 cheaper. Can't wait to get her braces on!

The staff is amazing! The ladies are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable, they also explain everything they are doing which is awesome. Dr Thomas is knowledgeable and very thorough but not very considerate of his patients time. My last TWO appointments he was 40 minutes late to the office with no apology or explanation. Appointments should not be made at 2:00 if he is the only person that can do the work and can’t make it on time. A courtesy phone call at least should be given when an emergency comes up and he has that much of a delay. It would be a different story if patients were the reason for the wait but sitting in an empty office waiting for him to show up is very unprofessional. Lucky for him, he has an exceptional staff to apologize on his behalf while we all sit around staring at each other twiddling our thumbs.

Dr. Thomas was extremely friendly and took time to explain to us what was recommended for our daughter. His office staff was just as friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone. Seeing so many smiling faces in one place was pretty awesome.
