I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your office on 10/22/24. I had a 1 PM appointment but arrived at 1:10 PM and was informed I needed to be rescheduled for 2:25 PM. I came on my lunch break to complete my dental work quickly and return to work.
I was assured I could be seen within 15 minutes, yet my friend, who had a 1:20 PM appointment and arrived at 1:30 PM, was seen before me, along with two other patients. When I inquired about my turn around 1:50 PM, I was finally taken back but then left waiting for another 25 minutes.
When I asked for assistance, I was told I was waiting for the main dentist, who had two clients ahead of me. This lack of organization and communication was unacceptable. I felt my time was not valued, especially since I had already experienced a canceled appointment two weeks prior.
In total, I wasted nearly two hours of my time. There was no valid explanation for why I wasn’t seen first, despite being in the office before others. This reflects a disturbing disregard for patient care, which I find unacceptable.
I expect better service and communication from a professional office. Please address these issues to ensure future patients do not face the same frustrations

Dr. Farina and his staff were amazing!! Every visit was pleasant, and they were flexible and accommodating with scheduling even when we moved to Orlando mid treatment. We are very happy with our son’s smile/results and would definitely recommend them!!

Two Invisalign experiences with this place to correct one tooth and they overpromised and didn’t deliver. I wasted 2 years and $$$ for them to not straighten the tooth or improve my smile. They don’t care. I brought up my concern several times with the teeth not tracking or improving and they never suggested anything but another series. At termination, they told me I should switch to traditional braces. I wasted enough time with this practice. Professionally, I had a few complaints during my treatment and their office being disorganized and having to reschedule me or not having time to schedule me and adding weeks of treatment time with no tracking/progress. Looking back, I should have went elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement with my experience and outcome. How many of these reviews are bribes for gift cards? They earned one star from me

Today was a great day for my son, Jayden. He came in to have adjustment made and instead Dr. Farina surprised him with removing his braces. It has been 2 long years but Dr. Farina was with him all the way through. He is amazing and is excellent with his patients. I highly recommend him. Our overall experience was always great!! Thank you Dr. Farina for everything!!

Always courteous. My son's called back within minutes and is out before I even realize. Love the staff and the treatment. Loved the service and treatment so much came back to Dr. Farina when my daughter needed to get braces. They always go above and beyond and the relationship the staff and Doctor have with the patients and their families is the best I've ever seen.
