We’ve lived here for almost a year and we honestly have no complaints! Very family friendly! It’s a quiet neighborhood; nobody bothers anyone but the neighbors are awesome and it’s very well maintained. A lot of the apartments have been updated with new flooring and whatnot so it’s a very fresh, clean apartment building, and there’s pest control and all that great stuff included so you won’t see any little critters!
Mrs. Eimi in the front office is wonderful and extremely helpful; the application/move-in process was super easy and she answers all questions/concerns. And maintenance is also top notch; we’ve actually only had maybe 2 minor issues this whole year and have never even had to wait a full day for repairs!

I honestly dont think I can come up with bad things about this complex. Some of the residents are snobby but other than that this place is wonderful! My family is so lucky to have found this place when we moved up north. The office staff is honestly the best of any apartment or home I've lived in. The women in office makes you feel like family. She cares more about the people and the quality of the complex than anyone else I've met. Maintenance is amazing too. They respond quicker than most places. If they cant fix your problem right then and there, they will help you with a temporary solution until they can. I wanted to rent a home this year and decided to sign another lease simply because of the office staff. There is also officers that patrol this place and 2 officers who live here which really help with making you feel safe. You will fall in love with this apartment complex!

My family and I love living here at Arbours. The complex is well maintained, Ms. Eimi is incredibly helpful with you getting accommodated and really cares about her residents and David our maintenance man is very handy and makes sure to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Very friendly environment!

Management is half horrible. Yes, half because Mrs. Eimi play up under you and use it against you when she do not like you. Mr. David is very nice kind and do his JOB RIGHT.

I LIVED HERE FOR OVER 4 YEARS THE APARTMENTS WERE PAPER THIN BUT NICE, I MOVED BECAUSE OF THE #ABOVE #VERY NOISY.(INTENTIONALLY) NEIGHBORS AND ALSO I FOUND A MUCH QUIETER APARTMENT THAT WAS MUCH CHEAPER ...VANESSA LONGORIA WAS THE BEST THEN NEXT KRISTEN HENDRY
