This office is, hands down, the best experience I’ve had at a dentist to date. I am used to feeling like a woman at an auto shop: knowing I would probably get priced gouged and duped, but without a lack of knowledge you had to trust professionals at their word.

My previous dentist was condescending, shaming and their office staff tried to explain my dental benefits to me without much clarity or useful information.

Aurora Family dentistry was the complete opposite. Dr. Ryan didn’t talk at me. He explained my (far less expensive and aggressive) treatment plan in clear terms that I could understand. His assistant had worked for the office for 25 years and as a healthcare professional myself, that speaks to the quality of their staff and the care they give their patients.

Their front desk staff was warm and kind. Billing was explained in clear, concise terms. And there was absolutely NO SHAMING- not to me, or the dentist who saw me previously! “If you have 5 dentists in a room, you’re going to have 6 different opinions.” I loved that. I loved the treatment plan that will cost me HALF of my previous estimate. Obviously, I cannot speak highly enough of this office!!

I have used Aurora Dental (the Dentists) for decades and they never disappoint. They are very caring, and do incredible work. The office staff are equally friendly and warm. You really cannot ask for a better dentist than Aurora Dental.

Before they opened up here I had another dentist who was meh. When I heard Both Dentists had returned, I reviewed my current (at the time) insurance plan, called their office and verified which insurance’s they accepted. As soon as it was open to change, I changed my insurance to one they accepted, and seriously, I’ve never regretted it.
