The staff is pleasant and helpful. However, I have two complaints. First, I had to pay a second $100 co-pay for my follow up visit which was nothing more than to check whether or not the doctors suggestion from a week earlier was working (ie. No further diagnosis). Had I known that, I would have simply followed up if I get I needed it. I’m my experience, a follow up appointment days later is not another full charge. Second, on both of my visits, i was not called back to see the doctor until 1 hour (first visit) and 45 minutes (second visit) after my scheduled appointment time. I know that doctors offices are pretty strict with patient timeliness but my time is valuable as well. Things happen and I do not mind some delay but these two experiences seemed to be excessive.

It was 6 months since my previous treatment so my feet were cleaned and nails carefully trimmed by the nurse and then examined by the doctor in about an hour. I felt well cared for, no complaints here.

I was very happy with the exam and treatment that I got from Dr. Emery and the staff. Everyone was very pleasant, professional, accommodating and attentive. I always have a good experience at Cortez.

No matter what time the appointment, there is a half hour wait unless you are first appointment of the day. Inexcusable poor scheduling. Care is good, otherwise I would go elsewhere, which is still a possibility.
