Suffered a bad fall and it was the day after a major hurricane and I had troubles finding an urgent care with an X-ray tech on duty, trying to avoid the drudgery of the local ER. PrimeHealth got me right in, I was in severe pain, PA Alex did an examination and administered an injection to calm the pain. X-rays were then taken. I was sent home with pain medication. It was after hours so had to wait until the next morning for a radiologist to read the X-rays. PA Alex phoned me and gave me the results, negative thankfully, and discussed treating the severe sprains of my back and wrist with ice and anti inflammatories. Everyone on staff was wonderful and I highly recommend.

Edit 9/9/2024 Keep on eye on this place. I paid in full at the time of treatment. I just received an additional bill and I had called my insurance company before I left my home and was given this place as one IN my network. This place is now claiming I was NOT COVERED. Called the office to discuss their error. The girl that answered said back in June my insurance was accepted but they no longer accept my insurance. Since they clearly did at the time of treatment the additional charge was incorrect. I have spent so much time just trying to get this cleared up. I originally gave them 3 stars out of kindness but have lowered it to one (I'd give zero stars if I could). Still haven't gotten it cleared up 🙁 waiting on them to investigate further, Ugh!

June 2024 Came in for possible broken ribs after a fall. 3 and half hours, 1 x-ray and a $70 copay later Dr. had no idea why my ribs are clicking each time I take a breath. Came home and was speaking with a friend when I mentioned what was going on. Told him once the x-rays came back clear I asked why the clicking then? Doctor said he had no idea but would give me muscle relaxants and something for the pain (I declined both). My friend used to be an MMA fighter and said he thought he broke ribs many times but didn't and also had the clicking. He said it is most likely the cartilage around my ribs that was damaged causing the clicking if the x-rays came back clear of any breaks. My question is why a 54 year old doctor didn't tell me that and my non doctor friend did? I'm going on a long road trip and came in to urgent care for peace of mind that I didn't get. Not even a guess or concern that my ribs click with every breath I take. All the support staff were very nice. Front desk employee apologized for them being swamped, not her fault accidents happen that's what Urgent Care is for. Even though it was crazy busy she remained professional and courteous. Intake person same thing, they were very busy but he remained friendly and professional and same with the x-ray tech, they were just all lovely. Doctor was not. I would not return to this location. As nice as the support staff was I needed medical help that ultimately I got from a friend instead of from the doctor I paid money to see. Didn't want to give a 1 star review so I gave a star for each stellar employee. A place is only as good as it's weakest link and I feel like the Doctor could have done much better.

Brought my girlfriend in today and shes scared of doctors offices. Julius calmed her down and made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process. Julius showed great compassion, care and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Would recommend him anytime youre feeling sick.

Everyone and stuff were so amazing, so fast and kind and thorough! Highly recommend! Dr Espinel was extremely helpful and got my medicine in right away with absolutely no wait at all!

I had the best experience at this urgent care! Dr. Espinel and Julius the medical assistant were super comforting and friendly. All the staff were extremely helpful and the service was relatively quick.
