I drive over 100 miles one way and over 100 miles back to go to this Dr. ‘s office. That’s how good I think this Dr. and her staff are. I have been going to Dr. Tran for many years and know her to be an excellent Dr. She has helped me through many issues for many years and I would recommend her to anyone. I’m thankful to know she still has many staff members that have been there for many years including Emily who helped me get fit for my first set of hearing aids and I am happy she is still there to help me again. Thank you to all that work in this office for doing an excellent job and great teamwork.

Great experience. Staff was friendly. Didn't wait long, was called back before my scheduled appointment time. PA Erin Stewart was phenomenal as she took her time and cleaned my ears thoroughly, and I could hear from both ears for the first time in a long time. What a difference an appointment makes! I won't wait so long next time

Your practice was recommended to me by a friend who had been a patient of Dr. Go. From the first encounter at the front desk, to the physician's examination and audiology testing, to the fitting of my first hearing aids, everything has gone very smoothly. Every question has been answered in clearly understandable terms, and with patience. It is also relevant to note that appointments are on time, with minimal to no waiting, which in my experiences at other physician's offices over the years, is both remarkable and very much appreciated. Thanks to all the staff who work together so well and so efficiently. A special "Thank you" to Jane, whose expertise and kindness have made this unfamiliar process easy to understand, and whose explanations of options based on science (not advertising hype) have made me very comfortable with my decisions.

As always, I was greeted cordially upon entering the office and Khadijah quickly processed my registration. After my brief wait, I was escorted to the treatment room where my medical history was professionally updated. Dr. Kiran Tipineni with his usual professional and polite demeanor, did an excellent job and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office for your ENT needs. - Diane B

Dr Tran is wonderful and a brilliant doctor.
She always has a smile even when she needs to work with my ears or tongue and explaining everything.
Her nurses and staff are the best also.
I like going to the Altamonte Springs location.
