Today was my second visit with Dr. Floyd. He is one of the most professional doctors I have met. He take his time and educates his patients. You can just feel that he cares. When it was time for the terrifying shot in the foot he put me at ease and talk me right through it. Best shot in the foot ever!!!!! His staff was very kind, the office clean and in a good location, easy to find. A big THANK YOU to Kathy for bring Dr. Floyd into my life. You are my foot angels.

I highly recommend Dr. Floyd. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease during my procedure. An excellent and caring doctor. The staff was wonderful as well and got me in right away with no wait. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a foot doctor.

Dr. Floyd was my “second opinion” after being told I had arthritis in my foot. He took x-rays and went through each scan in depth with me. After a thorough exam, the diagnosis and prognosis was much better than I had received prior. He is very professional and explains things in detail. He answered any and all questions and has definitely gained a new permanent patient! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

Words can not express the competence, skill, and compassion that Dr. Floyd had provided for my father in law. We were so lucky to have met him, while he was on call at South Lake Hospital . My father in law truly believes that god put Doctor Floyd in his path and that his successful healing of his diabetic can only be contributed to Dr. Floyd's skill as a surgeon Dr. Floyd is a truly what a doctor should be. We may not be out of the woods, but we know that we will get there, with doctor Floyd at the helm .

I was very pleased with my appointment today. I actually got to see the doctor. Dr. Floyd explained my problem in plain simple terms. Dr. Floyd is very personable and knowledgeable.
In summary, Dr. Floyd takes the time to listen to you and treats you like a person.

Last week Friday they called me to make an appointment for today and when I get there the office is close due to doctor being sick and they didn’t even call me to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Took time off work for no reason. It would have been nice and respectful to get a call about my appointment today prior to me showing up for an appointment that wasn’t going to happen. I’m definitely not interested in an office that works this way. Save your time and go somewhere else…!!!
