I booked an appointment over 3 months ago for the soonest available new patient appointment with Dr. Kelley (March 3, 2025). I was willing to wait because of her "glowing" reviews.

I received a call today from her office saying that she is now no longer taking new patients and that the soonest they can get me in with another provider in her office is in 6 months.

Needless to say, their business practices are far from professional.

I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with Dr. Kelley was! I am a new patient and I have already recommended her to 5 people in the area because I have NEVER felt so cared for and listened to by a physician in my entire life. She spent time with me, showed empathy, listened to my concerns, and offered genuine advice and made sure I understood all my options. She also said she was there to support my health journey as my physician! I cannot sing her praises enough! She made me feel genuinely cared for, welcomed, and comfortable as my doctor!

Jennifer Kelley is literally amazing. She is one of the few providers left with impeccable bedside manner. She listens and you can tell how much she wants to give her all to patients. I was willing to pay out of pocket because I thought her office didn't take my new insurance. Luckily, they do. She is simply amazing. Her team is lovely as well. They all complement each other beautifully.

I thought since this dr had a DO she would be more aware of treating a person holistically - boy was I wrong. I went for a "physical" and the dr never even touched me. Did not check heart, lungs, throat, neck- nothing. I guess new doctors are afraid to touch patients. All she did was sit in a chair across from me and review blood work.
Then her technique to control her patients behavior is to attempt to frighten them with the worst case scenario. What the hell are they teaching doctors in medical school now a days? Clearly not patient care. Definitely how to read blood work results.
I have to admit this is not the first dr in this area that I tried that gives a "physical" without touching the patient but not the type of dr I want.
I am very disappointed considering she had such high reviews.
