When I called this place to make an appointment, I spoke with Torono. After answering a few questions he informed me that they, unfortunately, didn’t take my insurance. I called a few other places but none of them seemed as personable or as knowledgeable. So I ended up calling him back to schedule an appointment and I’m SO glad I did. Sadie did my evaluation and he worked with me for my physical therapy appointments. In the five sessions I had, I learned so much from him and have seen an improvement in my weaknesses. He took his time and always tried new things. If something was too hard for me, he’d find an alternative to make sure I was getting the most out of my session. I had my last session today and thanks to Elevate Physical Therapy, I feel more confident and more motivated to continue down my healing journey. I highly recommend them!

I can't thank Sadie and Torono enough for their amazing help with my shoulder over the past 2 months. Their sincere care, exercises, and magical touch gave me 100% pain free mobility again. Elevate has changed my life for the better. Sadie and the Elevate team really listen to you and care about your health. Elevate Physical Therapy is the best place to go! Both Physical Therapists are so very kind and knowledgeable and professional. They will work hard to understand you and listen to your concerns, then help you along the journey to recovery. They are always willing to explain the why of the exercises they assign, and encourage you to continue working towards a healthier body even after the appointment is over. I had started at an office that had many patients at a time, and it was hard for the therapists to pay attention to each of us and provide exercise form corrections. Hurt my lower back doing deadlifts. Tried two diff chiropractors which provided temporary relief but still could not get rid of constant mild pain.

Was finally able to get rid of the constant pain after going here. Both Dr. Sadie and Torono are amazing at what they do! They provide hands on 1:1 sessions to specifically address your body’s needs. Would highly recommend.
