These people here don’t care about there patients AT ALL. I go here to see a doctor they have very bad attitudes. When I try to get something important done for my health they are sitting at there desk laughing. When I call to get things done regarding my health there is some lady name Twana that always seems to think something is funny. The bad thing about it is she knows my mom. I hate when I go to see a doctor or nurse and the people who work there know people you know. They are extremely rude and non caring about there patients. And the last time I came in the “so called doctor” acted nice and caring at first and her and my mom chit chat after the appointment for 25 min. She pressured me to get birth control when I Insisted I did not want it again. They need to fire the entire team and hire people who care about all of there patients.

Monday morning September 30 we arrived at LRH Grasslands. I’m not sure if people didn’t show for work or they didn’t schedule enough people for 8 am. Regardless as we entered the 2nd floor we were greeted by the lone person at the check in desk, Jasmine. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. Our insurance made a mistake about changing
my husbands primary care doctor and she was able to handle it over the phone quickly and efficiently so he could be seen, all while people were waiting in line to be checked in. Thank you Jasmine for helping our Monday morning to not turn into a blue Monday!

For the orthopedic doctor Renee Genova was ,a bold thinker.Does a prosthetic process, that's called a I pop leg ( instant post-op prosthetic) . This procedure may not sound like much, I am telling you that,saved my mental health and physical health. I'm prone to infections- I got zero infections. Heeled better than I could of hoped for...having this helped me balance and able to feel saver,then I do with out one..I am extremely happy of the process and education I gotten here with her.

My wife and I had an awesome experience. The front desk staff was engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor's assistant was a new employee and did a nice job. When she didn't have an answer, she knew well enough to reach out to a senior staff member. The doctor was outstanding. She really made us feel comfortable and was very attentive to our thoughts and concerns. A-1 service!!!!

Forget about trying to get somebody on the phone. I showed up for my lab appointment at 7am only to be told that the Doctor had left no orders on what to draw, but she would call them at 8am and call me back by noon. So, since I never heard back from the lab, I made the mistake of calling the Doctor's office. Was on hold for 27 minutes before the person picked up. Before I got midway through my first sentence, she rudely said, "can you hold on for one minute?" and put me back on hold. I finally hung up after 17 more minutes.

1st time patient here with Dr. Balliu's office. I seen Eileen Rodriguez and I have to say she was very insightful and on the ball with things. She took a lot of time with me explaining things and I really appreciated that. The staff had excellent PR skills. Very kind, polite, considerate, and helpful. I am so used to seeing doctors where the staff seems to hate their jobs and gives you an attitude, but not here!? Thank you all so much for a very pleasant first time visit.

I've had 7 brain tumors and multiple surgeries. I was 14 so you can imagine how many blood tests had. Please care about us patients and invest in our care. The place where my blood was drawn from still hurts and has a small bruise. And this was yesterday. Is saving money on the size of the gauge worth making your patients uncomfortable.
