Entire staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable,prompt and amicable. Dr.was thorough, caring, patient, listened to all I had to say. He offered me different options and answered all of my questions regarding each option. It is my assumption that this is a fairly new location but it appears that there are either network or computer issues or both for this location, but it did not affect the staff or doctor from providing excellent care.

1st visit yesterday 11/18/2024 wait time about 30 minutes. Doctor came in room quickly, required X-rays right shoulder shows bone on bone, discussed surgery and options
Cortisone Injection was administered surgery after the New Year ! He was very cordial and I will trust him to replace my right shoulder without hesitation!

Dr. Haidamous and his staff are first rate. Always takes his time with you, but oddly is never running far behind on appointment times. His bedside manner is top notch. Genuine, caring and knowledgeable. He'll even share laughs with you, which is pretty rare from the medical field nowadays. Unfortunately, I've had have a lot of experience with various doctors, but Dr. Haidamous is, by far, the best experience I've had. I had a rotator cuff repair that went very smoothly and recovery is ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

I did not feel like just another number withDr. Haidamous. He listens to understand and did not rush through my time with him. His exam was very thorough and his bedside manner was beyond exceptional. He’s not about just treating the symptoms, he came up with two plans to attack my problem at the root. He not only took the time to explain them to me, but ask me for my input. When my visit was over, I felt heard and confident that the issue I’m having will be properly addressed, so that I can start on my healing journey.
