I like Dr. Pusateri, I like his staff. One appointment was to test for circulation to check whether a simple procedure could be done. The test was done, co-pay paid, then told I needed another appointment for follow up. Which I realized was not necessary, only to be told yes you can have the procedure. Thanks, 1 hour of my time to go to Dr.'s office, wait in waiting room, drive home - not necessary when all they needed to do was call me to say yes you are good to go for procedure can we schedule that. Waste of my time, not to mention another office visit and co-pay. It would be nice to have more consideration for necessary and unnecessary appointments.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pusateri DPM. I waited for 45 minutes before heading back for the appointment. I never saw Dr. Pusateri or was even told he wasn’t there. I wasn’t given the option to reschedule. I was told it’s “ policy “ to get x-rays, however, I have toe fungus and did not need x-rays. I was seen by a female person then sent home with a prescription which did nothing to help the fungus. I called the office a couple of times without success. The appt was in Jan 2023 and I’m just now paying the bill in protest though!! And, to top it all off they have sent this to collections.
I will not be going back or referring this doctor.

Dr Pusateri had a great personality. He told me about my foot issues and why they happened and what we could do about them. He gave me choices and didn’t push anything until I had a chance to think about it. He had a nice sense of humor without overdoing. I will recommend him to my friends.

I had a very difficult ulcer on the bottom of my left foot following a serious staff infection last January. It took 11 months with skin graphs and constant treatment, but this week, we had success in the healing and it appears that Dr Pusateri finally had got me over the hump. I am very pleased with his patience with me. I thank your practice for all you did. Great job.

Don’t know why I didn’t give Dr 5 stars on my first review but I’m recovering from extensive back surgery & am not up to par yet. First of all the staff is friendly & very helpful. I never have to wait long. Dr P is friendly & thorough. He took a bone from a toe joint which has healed nicely. I now have infected toes which have nothing to do with the toe joint. He wants an MRI which my insurance UNITED HEALTH CARE eventually approved. Thanks Dr P! Dr P subsequently operated 04/29/22 on both toes including grafts, staples on my toes & a graft on my R heel, all of which r healing nicely. I highly recommend him.
