I wish I could give a 0 review. I have been a patient of Dr Ditomasso. He did my colonoscopy. I have seen some other non GI surgeons because of my issues. I made an appointment and he had a nurse practitioner tell me there is nothing more that he could do for me even though I might need another colonoscopy . They couldn’t tell that me over the phone? This is a churn operation. All you have to do is look at the waiting room. One less patient with this group is no big deal. They should gave at least returned my co-pay. They must realize the predicament they put me in as I now have to look for another GI which will take time because of the waiting period to get an appointment. The lack of empathy and regard for the patient (me) is striking.

Went in for help. Severe stomach pain, weight loss and many other things. Girl at desk appeared to be bothered that I was even there. Emergency room sent me and she told me I should try emergency room. After I informed her they sente there because they are stomach doctors

Office does not care to listen to someone especially with disabilities about what they went through even if someone nearly died from a rare disease. The lady in the office hung up on me because of a old gastro I seen 1 time. I'm glad this office denied me care even with insurance this office accepts I wouldn't trust any of these people doing procedures when you're unconscious. Thank you Jessica and Karen or whom ever you are seriously thank you!

Staff were pleasant and professional, only had a few minutes in the waiting room, and Dr. DiTomaso was so comfortable to talk to. He really listens and sincerely cared about my questions and concerns ... which he answered politely and completely.

Told to arrive at 7:30 for an 8:30 procedure. Still in waiting room at 8:40. Then RN rushed me in, went over paperwork quickly and came in to do my IV. I told her it hurt really bad, I've never had an IV continue to hurt after it's in. Wheeled in to surgery room and anesthesiologist started med. I told her my arm was killing me! She said I'd be asleep soon. Never happened. The IV was not in correctly! They pulled it out and tried my other arm to no avail then put it in my hand for procedure. My arm hurt for 3 days afterward. Couldn't even use it the first day. WHEN YOU RUSH, YOU MAKE MISTAKES! The RN there should be reprimanded!

This is truly a five star medical practice.
The office personal are eager to help accommodate my needs!
Dr. DiTomaso is a caring physician who listened to my discomfort and made a plan to work toward better health for me. He is very sincere and dedicated. I was very fortunate to find this practice after research and referrals from my neighbors and friends.

The staff were all courteous and friendly. This was my first visit to this office. Dr. DiTomaso made me feel comfortable talking to him and I felt that he really listened to me and advised me how to treat my problem. Thank you.

The staff was friendly but this office was not practicing safe social distancing measures. I felt uncomfortable with the amount of people in the waiting room and the close proximity of people. The office was not taking temperatures upon entry. Everyone was wearing a mask but there was at one point 10 people in a 15’x10’ waiting room. I would have much rather waited my my car to be called for my appointment.
