I went to visit Dr. Castor for a consultation. I was interested in explant and lift no implants. The moment I walked in I knew . The staff was so inviting a pleasure and mostly professional respectful and made sure my needs were met . Dr Castor consultation and ultimately my surgery over exceeded my expectations. What an amazing surgeon. He is caring .. takes him time to listen to my needs and addressing my outcome. I am 6 weeks post -op and I am so happy with my results. I am still under his care . His surgical team is amazing too . They made me feel safe and that made a huge difference. Dr. Castor you have an amazing team a huge asset your profession. Thank you so much . I had BBL and breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Castor 3 years ago and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results after these past years! Dr. Castor took the time to understand my goals and answered all my questions with patience and clarity making me feel confident in my decision. The entire surgical team and front desk were exceptional providing care before, during and after the procedure. I felt supported and well informed every step of the way. The surgery was seamless and the recovery process was smooth. The results exceeded my expectations! I absolutely loved and still love my new look. The BBL gave me the curves I always desired and my breast augmentation looks so natural and beautiful im 5'3 in height and weigh 135. I went with 415cc for my breast implants and had lipo 360 for my BBL. I’ve received many compliments from friends and family and I can’t stop admiring my reflection! I am 61years young and I had a brachioplasty (arm lift). It went very well. Dr. Castor and his staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, precise and comforting, especially Roxy, Joy and the anesthesiologist! Everything was explained in detail at the consultation, the day of surgery, and afterwards.
Piat surgery, listen to EXACTLY what they tell you. I kept my arms wrapped for 2 weeks. There was very little pain and no swelling. I only took extra strength ibuprofen and tylenol. I kept my arms lifted and didn't pick up anything.
My scars took a while to calm down, which is normal. I used the silicone gel religiously. It's now been over 6 months and the scars are completely flat. I only have pink color which I know will fade with time. I still use the silicone to help reduce the pink.
All my follow up appointments went well. Staff remained warm, friendly and professional.
The office is beautiful, sterile, and inviting. I was always calm just walking in.
I would recommend Dr. Castor!

Did a wonderful job on my breast augmentation. I received implants and a lift. He was very forward and honest with what I needed and how to achieve my goals. The whole staff was pleasant to be around. I felt comfortable during my procedure and they were quick to answer my questions and concerns with after care. To those of you reading this I hope my info helps:

My Surgery was 3 years ago and I wish I never would have gotten it.
Desired results: breast aug to even out asymmetry and nipple size

Pluses: I look better while in clothing and bathing suits.

Negatives:
1. lost sensation in one nipple
2. The other nipple scarring looks like Frankenstein and didn’t hold its new shape and size so it’s bigger again and looks worse than before surgery 🙁
3. One breast looks young and perky the other one looks droopy and weird ( bad nipple side)
4. When I tighten my muscles they look VERY distorted and I can’t even stand looking at myself in the mirror as it’s depressing:( most doctors won’t tell you that you will look distorted like this if they put the implant under the muscle. It really looks bad. I’m not brave enough to post photos, but it’s very odd and unattractive looking.
5. Because the nipples aren’t at the same level I can’t wear anything without a bra which I was hoping to have as a sexy plus.

* I was told by another surgeon if they would have used different sutures in the nipple, they would not have stretched back out and it wouldn’t look like this Frankenstein bad scar.

Office experience::front desk staff was great.
Doctor and assistant tried to talk me into a much larger size, which was not what I was going for. I just wanted the smallest size, enough to make them even.

1. The anesthesiologist was upset with me that I didn’t tell her about some medication which I had done so She abruptly left the room to get extra information.
2. While she was asking me all kinds of questions. She asked me if I had my Covid shot. When I proceeded to tell her, I would never get that shot. She tried to lecture me and tell me that I should get it. Very unprofessional and none of her business. We all know How many people are having issues with that vaccine now.
3. After this encounter with the anesthesiologist, I was not feeling very good about going in for surgery. Through my energy completely off when I was already nervous.
4. When I called to tell them about losing sensation in my nipples and how awful they looked, they didn’t really seem bothered by it or have an ounce of concern. Like it happens all the time.

Now I have a decision to make. I would love to get them taken out and have a lift, but I then run the risk of losing the sensation in the other nipple as well so I feel like I’m stuck with two breasts that just don’t look good at all unless I’m wearing clothing where I can hide everything. I thought about getting a tattoo around the Frankenstein scar on the nipple.

Waited three years to leave this review because I did not want to be as upset as I was.

For anyone reading this and contemplating putting the implants under the muscle, I would do more research and ask them exactly how they will look when you contract your chest muscles. I am athletic So I see how ugly it looks when I’m putting on my lotion in the bathroom and it contracts my muscles. Even through my tank tops when I’m working out:( So gross and ugly 🙁 What to do next is on my mind daily. I’m hoping something miraculous comes out where they can somehow fix the nerves on the other nipple or where I can have a guarantee I won’t lose sensation in the other nipple.

I was referred to the doctor by a friend of mine. She asked for a much larger size. I hope this review helps someone before they have a similar issue
