First time visiting this facility. Have been given the run around by the staff having me call insurance for a list of covered medications. I called the pharmacy because I told they should have given me something that was compatible with the script and covered by insurance. Pharmacist said oh no we don’t do that. We leave the script writing up to the doctor. I call the insurance, the customer service rep tells me she can’t do that because she is not a doctor. Meanwhile the doctor’s office is telling me I have to do my own research to find what is compatible with what was prescribed. I don’t have the physical script. I’m not a doctor to remember what the prescription was. It’s not something I have been taking. I call the doctor’s office back for them to tell me it will be 72 hours if I receive a response. This ordeal took an hour & 40 minutes. I wish people would actually do the job they’re paid to do. I do everything I can for my client’s. Time to find a new doctor for the new doctor. This was a waste of time & $$.

Dr Grasman and his staff are EXCELLENT. I have been with him for many years and every visit has been five stars. Always on schedule yet i have never felt rushed. Explains everything in a way its easy to understand.

Love this office! I see Dr. Biezunski and he’s very thorough and takes his time with you! You never feel rushed and you can tell he truly listens to you! Front staff is very pleasant and professional. Nothing but good ? from me about this group.

I’m a long time patient of Dr Brad Grasman. He’s the best PC doc I’ve had in a long time. Great service. Always takes his time when you need it. Highly recommend him but I don’t believe he’s accepted new patients.

It's unfortunate I have to leave a negative review about this practice, since Dr Grasman was a wonderful doctor. After a 2 week stay in the ICU I needed to follow-up with my primary care at this office. I got stuck on the bridge and called the office. I remained on the phone with them until I arrived only minutes late. The front desk said I could not be seen since I was late. And the next appointment would be in 4 months. I had critical medication adjustments and had to have that follow-up. I then requested my medical records so I could find a walk in clinic that could do my medicine adjustments in the mean time. I was asked ro fill out a form for the records. Next thing I know I'm getting a letter in the mail stating the Dr had fired me as a patient. When I called the office I was told that the form I signed was me being released from his care. Which I was not told. A year later I attempt to schedule a new patient appointment and am told that the doctor will never see me again. So just be aware that you can be left medically stranded, even if you have good relationship with your primary care doctor.

Dr. Stigliano is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever been blessed to know. He actually reads his patient’s history and is on top of your healthcare. I have had numerous doctors in my lifetime, but he is truly the best I have ever experienced. His nurse and the office staff are exceptional

I have been a client of Steward Primary Care Since Dr Grasman joined the Service. Unfortunately I was unable to see him and had to see The Nurse Practitioner.
I was exceptionally disappointed in her level of care. I found her to be caustic and towards the medications I was taking. Last I checked she did not go to Medical School. All of my medications were prescribed by experts in their field. For some reason she felt she could question them and the Drs who prescribed. She had the unmitigated gaul say I was a drug addict because of medications I was taking and had been on for over 20 years, I resent her accusatory nature and feel she should not be a part of Steward Primary Care. As a patient of Dr Grasman for numerous years he is by by far the best primary care physician I have ever gone to. He is caring, patient, and exceptionally through. Maybe she should observe how a real Dr, treats their patients.
